- Shannon Churchwell| 1 replyReceived the same call and case number, however I DID have a charge on my card that was not a true charge. They proceeded to ask me the last 4 of my social security number and I refused to provide that detail. The lady quickly said "then you need to contact your financial institution because I cannot help you if you refuse to validate your account". So I hung up.

- lital got a voicemail from them, l have 6 charges on my account, 4 were reversed, i called them back and she wanted more information then i was willing to give, l asked her where she was located, she said the Philippines l told her l wasnt giving her any info and will contact my bank, it was after l hung up that 4 of the charges were reversed, i called my banks debit card number and reported it stolen, will talk to my bank on monday, l dont know if the remaining two charges would have been reversed or not, but i
had reported it stolen before l noticed some of the charges had been reversed,so I'm assuming they wouldnt have been about to reverse the other two since l reported it- Caller: fraud detection
- GraceReceived a call from this number purported to be from First National Bank debit card stating a temporary hold had been placed due to suspicious activity. This morning I received a call from First National Bank of Grayson, I looked up their number and called them and talked to the person who left this morning's message - for the record I don't have an account there but called because it is nearby but in another town; I've only had this number a couple of years, so we both suspected it was an old number. The number appears to be a legitimate number for several banks, so I'm not sure if someone spoofed that number but very possible. One of the banks associated with this number (Northwest Credit Union) had a spam alert on their website. Be suspicious!

- ChrisBecause the Caller ID is "Unavailable" these calls never ring through, but I have gotten at least two attempts a day for the last several days, usually in the morning. My credit union has no record of suspicious activity, so it's definitely a scam.

- AnnaI just got a text from 37268 saying that there was a $15 on my debit card from Florida and that I should call 833-735-1892. They also said since it was a suspected fraudulent charge that they placed a block on my card. A few minutes later I got a voicemail from 833-735-1894 that told me to call back and enter a code that they gave me in the voicemail. I was confused this whole time because I checked my bank account online and there were no weird charges on it and my card is in my wallet, not in Florida, and the option to block any transactions on my card was unchecked on my app. I figured it was a scam but it was pretty convincing because I have received identical texts from my bank asking if certain big charges were fraud before, but they were actually my purchases. All the same I didn't want to ignore my bank if it happened to not be a scam call so I checked on here. Thanks to everyone for verifying!
