i had an overall great expierence with dakota management james was extremely helpful in helping me resolve my account not my credit is starting to improve

Only thing i can find online is its property management,so what does this have to do with credit?ALSO when they leave a message,they just say they mailed out documents,but dont even state who they are trying to reach.Sorry its now listed as spam

They keep calling me and telling me they have documents for me and was mailed to my home. I have not received any documents and have lived in the same home for 7 years. So i consider this as spam..and why would they call me when its feom california when i live in ohio.

If I call you and simply leave a message that says, documents have been mailed to your home a few weeks ago it is imperative that you call back...hmmm what would you do?

So annoying! Same msg left on voice mail about documents being mailed out & no other info. They've called consistently for two weeks and I'm getting fed up ; &

Number providing minimal information about having documents. They also called other members in my family.

I received a voice message of a delivered document, so I called the number back told them to remove my number from the their call list. The guy stated that he sent my number to 500 other companies to let them know it was a hotspot number to reach me. I got mad, then he started laughing and stated he was "messing with me" and understood my frustration. Then stated he put a cease and desist on my number to prevent further calls, and told me to have a nice day.

SCAM - calling me stating same as everyone else. Blocked the number

They called and said they had a debt from a urgent care and to pay or theyd garnish my wages. Julia howard was the ladies name.

I answered when this number called and a woman was already talking like she wasn’t expecting me to answer and when I said hello a second time she hung up.. sounds like spam to me

They call me repeatedly never leave a message .

They call me repeatedly many times a day today marks number 5 so far . I don’t answer they don’t leave a message . I block one number and they call me from a different one .
