same as above called me and state complaint against me and would be at my residence or place of employment if i do not respond within 72 hours.

Threatening to have officer come to my place of employment due to non-compliance on my part for claim file number 9051785.  Called several times.  Foreign accent voicemail.  I don't have any pending legal or court matters.

I have gotten the same phone call. They will call from a Raleigh number and want you to return your call to 833-755-8386. They have called me twice. This time I’m not playing. I have got in touch with my county finest and they are handling. They stated if I was being served papers I wouldn’t get a phone call.

Same as above! Told me I could fight it in court or handle it through them and a security officer would be showing up to my place of employment and my home to serve me. I said I had never gotten any prior notification of this and they told me letters had been sent to an address I don’t live at. They never proceeded to ask me for my correct address which I wouldn’t have given anyways. I politely said they could go f themselves and hung up.

When I get a call from an unknown number, I say hello, if they don't immediately speak. I hang up. In my limited experience, those are usually scams.

They just left me a message saying that I am being served that there is a “complaint” about me and they are sending officers to my house in the next 72 hours and I need to be there. Nothing happens tho right ?! I don’t have anything going on. This has got to be a scam.

They have called me at least twice today alone trying to reach my ex-wife, not me.

said that they had sealed legal documents that contained my name and SSN and  that a complaint was filed against me and i had to respond within 72 hours or a uniformed officer and a courier would coming after me without a chance to appear in court file #9841783. she (emma) was definitely reading from a script, they evidently do not know the laws, this is purely a scare scam

I received the same call yesterday, stating they would show up within 72 hours and again today stating they tried to reach me several times (only once) and they will be showing up in 48 hours now.  I actually took the liberty to call back the local number and the toll-free number and both numbers did not connect to any phone.  No ring.. Nothing the line went dead.  This is a scam.

Same as all previous posts. The voicemail left says I will be met a my job... (I’m disabled so that’s a joke) or at my residence with a uniformed officer to serve me papers. Please put my guns away and any pets... ha ha ha!!

The facts are a company would never try to call you to warn you they intended to serve you a summons to court. They want you to be unaware so that you open your door. Lawsuits are always preceded by a certified letter. This is a scare tactic scam.

Yes I just received a call from someone claming to be from legal complaint services saying they had a claim aganist me.gave me claim number 9843600.they called from a Raleigh number but wanted me to call back on this. Number 833-755-8386.i have no thing going on legally.the number they called me from was 1-919-926-1171.my fiancee got scammed similar to this before.

Yes just received a call from Legal Support Services on this number 919-926-1171.they wanted me call back on this number 1-833-755-8386 in Reference to file number 9843600.

I got call from same number.they gave me a file number and some 800 number to call back on.not falling for it

Funny and same thing they called me from an Austin number to have me call them back at 833-755-8386, they didn't call me by my legal government name so I knew off top that this was [***]. Legal matters would know your name, etc. file number#9762813 guess they know to call around tax season.

Like all comments above, called from an Austin Texas number saying in the voicemail to call at the 833 number within 72 hours or they will show up at my resident and or work. I mean seriously, who calls and warns? Obvious scammer.
