- les| 1 replyleft message of being served at work home and a reference number due to my noncompliance. had another message from 404-418-6712 and they left the same message and reference number, the caller was a different person though. The info on the 404 number revealed it was capital one bank, which is possible in my case.

- Jolinda| 2 repliesI got a message, the same as everybody else. Only thing is caller ID says it's from Credit One and I actually do owe them money. Is this a coincidence? Do they know I owe them money and are trying to scare me into paying them? What do you guys think?
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Jolinda replies to lesThat sounds a lot like me. What happened with yours? Was it real or a scam? Did they ever show up?
- Umm replies to Jolinda| 1 replyWell you seem to be leaving a lot out of your posts, and asking other posters who are clearly as clueless as you are for advice, gets you well, nowhere. You say you owe this bank money? Have you attempted to contact them to pay it off? When you say scare you, can you explain that? There are no collection laws, unless you live in one of the 5 states that cover creditors. The FDCPA does not apply to original creditors. You have not indicated who called you. Was it Capital One Bank or a third party debt collector? Lots rides on your answer.

- JolindaFor anyone else reading this in the future: It was definitely a scam. I didn't call them back, they didn't arrest me or come to my place of work with cops. It's all a lie to get you scared to pay them. I did end up contacting Credit One who I do owe money to, and they confirmed they were not with them. My best assumption is that they somehow look up who you owe money to and call pretending to be that company. So if you get a call from this number, even if they say they're from a company you owe money to, don't listen to them. They are lying. They are a scam. 100%

- Sandicall me multiple times a day saying they are with Indigo credit card and I have a complaint for non compliance. They will come to my home or work with an officer within 48 or 72 hours. It changes everytime they call. His name is supposedly "Michael Jones" but he sounded more like Abu from the simpsons

- Frankie| 1 replyI got a call from a Pa. phone number stating she was calling from Legal Support Services. She stated I had 24 hrs and this is my final warning. Then stated that if I dont have my lawyer contact there will be uniformed offices showing up to my residence or place of employment to take me to the court where the judge will decide my probation. My lawyer was to call 8357558386.

Hello this is "unclear" calling from "unclear* support services and this message is for *my name* the reason why we are calling is because we've received legal documents under your name and social security number. Just to let you know a plain clothes officer will be there to serve you in court unless we hear from you regarding they are being review here in court.......
Basically, left a voicemail about officers coming to my residence or place of work within 72 hours. I don't know if this is a joke, scam or real. There was too much noise in the background to get a clear message on what this is all about.- Caller: unclear

(someone else must have had my number at one time)~called multiple times 2018 and now again today saying they are with Indigo Support Servics and have sealed documents. They will come to my home or work with an officer within 72 hours with summons to appear in court unless the person calls with release order. It changes every time they call. - Kelley3 calls now calling from a # in Concord NH telling me to contact 833-755-8386 @ Legal Support Services (Regina). Papers will be delivered to my place of employment or my home with a uniformed officer and if I'm not able to be found a judge will decide how to find me. I had 72 hours to respond to the first call and just received "the final notice" with a "good luck" and now have a 24 hours window. They keep calling my cell phone and my place of employment. My information has been located in 14 data breeches including my name, SS# and 1 of them included a password I used to use often. This has been relentless - I can't even count on both hands how many times this has happened to me over the past 5 - 7 years...how can I make this stop??? It's embarrassing and humiliating especially getting the calls at work when other people answer the phone or they ask for my boss and tell her they're coming with papers, blah, blah, blah.
