Keeps calling saying a case against me

I justgot exact same message!

It’s a husband and wife team that bought expired and charged off debt. Can’t do anything to you all bogus.

I received the same message today as well. I guess they’re just going down their list. They didn’t even say who they were calling for. Just started rambling about a case and fax that was received.

These people try to use scare tactics to get you to pay them. They left a recorded and probably automated voice mail saying they have a case against me and to either call them or get my lawyer to call them, likely for debt but they don't mention what exactly. Thing is in Texas, there's a thing called the statute of limitations which means debt collectors have 4 years to file a lawsuit against you. All my debts have already fallen off my credit score.. which takes 7 years to happen. These guys are SOL, sorry!

" girl bye!!! she meant that good luck hahahaha. anyway!

Scammers trying to collect on some charge made 12 years ago! The statute of limitations has long expired.  These people are using scare tactics on old expired past due charges which have well exceeded the statute of limitations.  They use the name "Patrice" and say Good Luck! They tried to scare my 80-year-old mother into thinking she owed a past due bill, shame on these people!

I received the exact same message from Patricia from National Asset Management.  I don't owe anyone anything.  So she can kiss my [***]

Thank you for this info…they have been calling me for months leaving rude messages and called my fiance looking for me and gave out my ss no one his voicemail!! Is there anything legal that can be done about these 2?

I, also, received the exact same message.  I am 80 years old and everything I've ever owed has been paid decades ago. She gave her name as Patrice Branch stating she was calling about a civil matter that had been filed against me, my social or someone associated with my phone number.  Advised to call or have my attorney call 833-795-5753 immediately. Added "Good Luck".  My phone display read: Potential Spam from 816-548-1666.

They called from 7652137587 and left and when I looked it up nothing came up. Left message for me to call back to 8337955753 and request say good luck.

Got the EXACT same voicemail as someone else posted here. Just calling to say they might not even own any of your debts. I'm 20, pay for everything in credit then immediately (every Sunday) pay off my cards (I dont believe in credit, just the rewards), and have never opened a loan. They'll use a local number through a VoIP service, and request a call back at the number we're reporting against here. Dont be scared to answer, just dont give them your info. Play some games with them, they're bad people.

She just called me with the same bs. The way she said good luck had such attitude behind it.

I answered the call from this number and this Patrice Branch said that I owe some kind of debt attached to my social security number so I told her I'm with the FCC and asked for her identification number and she hung up.

I got the same thing about a case number and all this BS. I almost believed it until the guy laughed at the end with good luck! 🤣 Buddy... That was so stupid on your part.
