I got the same exact same message today as many others stated. “ Hi, this is Patrice branch calling from national asset management in regards to a civil matter that has been filed against either you your social or someone associated with this phone number. I need an immediate callback from either you or your legal representative today at 833-795-5753 again that telephone number is 833. 795-5753. Good luck.

Same call, same info as many of these other posts; I called them back, waited for them to go thru their speech telling me this was the last and only chance.  I replied that I had information for THEM.  I gave them the case number for my Active Chapter 13 bankruptcy and told them they were in violation of the Federal Bankruptcy Protection laws and that I had sent the information to my lawyer and the Trustee I make payments to.  She said "ohhh chapter 13, aren't you special" Then she hung up on me.  Don't fret if they call you.  It has scam written all over it.

Got the same message from this number but from the guy.

I received the same vm. The fact that they don't say my name, some robotic voice says the "case number", asks me to press "1", and they laugh at the end makes this a scam. Not to mention I tried calling back from a different number (they track you by using your caller ID) and gave them my case number. They hung up

Same number but message was for my son from James Thomas, about a civil law suite needed him to call back as soon as possible even had my son's last four digits of his social, case allegedly in Abrazo Texas

Just got the same call. I never answer an unknown number. Went to voicemail. Same message as above. I pay my bills. Bogas call

I just got the exact message on my work cell

Same recording same BS. Different numbers.
682-273-0754, 855-730-6325, 833-795-5753. Another about dept of local processing delivering documents to home or work. Same crap. Different day. Different number. I have such a collection of #'s in my blocked vault! LOL.  Good Luck!!

Yup I just got this same exact message on Monday 23 May 2025. I know tis not for me. I just got new mobile number less than a year ago. Beach Please.
