does anyone get call from this number and who are they?

An "investigator Brandon" called from this number.  Saying I would be served with a summons at my home or my work.  A scam...

I received a call from a restricted number, "Investigator Fred Granto" was trying to help me not get served my Civil Court papers in person by giving me this 833-821-0238 number to call and get information and handle everything over the phone. It's a total scam and if it's not I can't wait to see Fred on Tuesday.

Hey there.... I got a call today from this same # saying the exact same thing. Did they ever show up and serve you? This scary I called and got no answer.

I received a restricted call from a unknown # whom left a voicemail saying an Investigator will be showing up to my home or place of employment next Tuesday to serve me with Civil Court papers. He told me to call 833-821-0238 to prevent this from happening & resolve the matter!  Anyone else actually get served or get in contact with this #??? I’ve tried a few this & get a a very basic voicemail, strangely it doesn’t say the company name or anything. What bothers me is they have my #, DOB.

Same as everyone else reported...investigator calling to let me know they would be "serving me". Good luck [***]...

The number I had to call back was 833-821-0241, but from what I can see they have a string of numbers.  Same thing as everyone else is saying... scared the crap out of me.  Came in as no caller id and the weird voice on the message they left seemed computer generated.  I had a woman.  Didn't call back.  Thanks goodness for Google.

Got a call starting they would be serving me at home and or my place of work. They were very abusive.

I got the exact same call today saying the exact same thing I assume no one showed up but  did anybody ever call you back again

Same scenario as above called me
He said hes coming Friday to serve papers between two and four

    we don’t owe anybody money there’s no reason anybody would sue me and if they did they certainly wouldn’t call me and then tell me to then call another number they find you and do not tell you beforehand

Got the samecall, except they said they were looking for my father...I'm a junior.  When he gave the case number, I knew it was false. Unfortunately I've had a few case numbers, and I know they arent 5 digits.

I received the same call with the same information stated in these comments.  I called back and they sounded truly professional...called themselves, Webster, Monroe & Associates.  The case number was 5 digits and when I spoke to the person, she even had the last 5 digits of my SS#!!!  That's what was scary.  She had my DOB, SS# which upsets me to no end.  I asked her to send me the papers they were going to serve me over email.  Let's see if that happens.  Thanks everyone for sharing your experience..,I was ready to pay this!

I received the same call and asked for them to send me debt information. I eventually received a PDF document that was typed with no information from the company that they were collecting for. It looked to be a typed document with no official letterhead and just a repeat of what they said on the phone when I spoke to them. I emailed back and asked for the original debt information the company that I supposedly owed and the person was very snappy in the email and said that I owe the debt. I tried googling the name of the place but nothing comes up.
address is supposedly 1623 Military Road #863 Niagra Falls, NY 14304. I googled this address and nothing came up. This sounds fishy to me.

I receive a call from this with the same story. To make it short they sounded unprofessional how they left the message. Total scamer!

Called from 833-821-0238.  Stated they had a court order to serve but could take of it right over the phone instead of having to serve me.  Total scam.  I hope they show up.  Could really have some fun...

Someone call from a unknown phone number who knows the name and surname. I try looking for this association/agency. I couldn't fine anything or location of this place. I call the number they left me and ask them for there place of service they told me are some where in America smh. Unprofessional and it's all a scam.

I got the same phone call today there were very very rude and told me good luck and sarcastic way

Called from Investigator Walker from to notify I was scheduled to be served with summons Nov 9 at my place of residence or place of employment. To call back the petitioner at 833-821-0238.

Bet Investigator Walker didn't know who the petitioner was...lol. Total SCAM!
