this number has been texting my phone back to back ,

They sent me a message saying they were the NORTH TEXAS TOLLWAY AUTHORITY

Text message says: MSG on behalf of North Texas Toll Aut; MSGs may be monitored/recorded. For details tap dspayments.com/nttan....

Text messages claiming Delaware EZPass violation and to pay ‘DSPayments’.  I have an active EZPass (used mostly in MD).  It’s paid current/auto draft.. and I’ve not driven through Delaware in months. 🤷‍♀️  Seems to be a scam.

In Feb I received this text:

MSG on behalf of Delaware E-Zpass. For details tap dspayments.com/DelawareDot Use Vio# 7544566 to receive balance info, reply YES. To OptOut reply STOP

Then they texted me today saying:

Literally started forgot the R at the beginning of the text and put the R at the end.

Received a text back in February and today with same message reported by others. I haven’t been to Delaware.

Said something about my messages being monitored or recorded. I have no idea who they are

They've been messaging me. I have an EZ Pass. I think it's a scam.

I get these regularly but from PA Turnpike and an invoice number.  I strongly suggest no one reply with either "YES" nor "STOP" which would validate your number as a real one in use.  Text messages that go to a non-working number are not returned as "bad" so consider these types of messages a phishing attempt!

This is a scam. Received a message that said:

I just received this same message. Glad I checked. I love in Texas (for 6 years now) but still have an IL area code on my phone number

Do not text back.  I would just block the number.

How helpful that a government agency suggested to me in a text I use my tax refund to pay my balance on a peachpass in my husbands name with his phone number and is paid automatically.   Add Georgia to the list of states being scammed.  Luckily my notifications show enough of a text so I know not to open it.  I’ll just wish them to stop and delete the unread text

Funny thing is Statement was for June 24th 2021. Ummmm I am from ND and have not been to TX since January of 2020. I highly doubt this is legit! Scam 100%!!!
