Also, Patricia Branch with National Asset management, with the good luck message as everyone else, but she called from 1-224-244-8692 and left the voice message to call 833-894-3205.  Hilarious!!  Broke ass people to scam idiots who believe this and the poor elderly.

How do we make these stop for good? I got this same message from the same number and same ext, but it was a male voice (possibly AI).
Recently some of my family members have gotten other calls looking for me! Its embarrassing and I have excellent credit. Any solutions so far?

We got the same exact message today on our main business line.

The call comes from asset management, a girl named Patricia Branch. She calls from 854-260-8440. Advises us to call 833-894-3205. Says there's a civil matter and we need to call right away threatens lawsuits. Then at the end wishes us good luck. We don't owe anybody anything. We have a mortgage, sure but we pay that every month. We're not in debt. Don't know what she's trying to do, but she's calling the wrong people on the wrong phone number

I literally just got a call like this from the same person. Sounded like b.s. to me.

I got a message from this number by a Patrice Branch of National Asset Management claiming a legal action has been made on me, my social security number, or someone associated with my phone number and to call her back at this number. Legal actions are never phoned to you, so I knew this was complete bull.

Call from Patrice Brant civil matter filed against me National Asset Management  call back from you or your legal representative then states "good luck"

This is like the fourth threatened voicemail from this LEGAL THREAT ROBOCALL company, National Asset Management. Message left  "Hi this is Patrice Branch calling from national asset management in regards to a civil matter that has been filed against either you, your social or someone associated with this phone number. I need an immediate callback from either you or your legal representative toady at 833-894-3205. I REPEAT, 833-894-3205. GOOD LUCK!"   That last part made me laugh out loud, like loud!  I did call back from a prior call and they said that I owed a debt from an old Citi Bank card that was unpaid and mailed to an old, old, old address. Of course interest has accrued since then but if I pay it off today no legal actins will be taken against me. She did not like me continuously questioning her with my insistent questions and continued with all the legal threats until she hung up. Please catch these scammers!

Patrice Brant/Branch, she did not leave her name clearly but left a VM telling me that civil matter has been filed against me, my social or someone associated with this number.  Never mentioned who she was looking for.

"Patricia Branch" Strikes again! -- I went searching to see if I could find anything on this number and here I found pages of you also being harassed by what appears to be a debt scammer?! My first red flag was. . .  What professional credible business would leave a VM with a statement as generic as --"Either you, your social security number or your phone number has a civil suit against you"-- (Y e a h, Ok!)-- How specific of you Patricia! I mean all three of those things listed belong to me, but you never addressed me and my name specifically. How convenient for you.(Facepalm)---I have no outstanding anything and yet, This VM had me all flustered at first, But then I listened to the VM again and had a laugh and then I got angry. Preying on innocent people, disgusting--- And seriously, that "Good Luck" at the end . Just bottom of the barrel.

I got same message and very cruel and at the end she says “Good Luck” I’m a very cruel sarcastic tone

Voicemail from a man (AI?) same as the above posts that mention Patricia Branch. Same good luck at the end. However he had my social security number. Lots of red flags on this. Hopefully enough of those receiving the calls report and this scam.

I got the same call today but no name to call  833-894-3205 via text 112  from national asset  management final attempt we have the legal right to deliver doc in person to human resources department press 1 to speak to a case manager  Good luck . I'm so tired for these scammers isn't there something we can do to stop them ?

Same call as the others: Patrice Brandt (spelling?) trying to scam me out of money. It's all good though, I put a Santeria curse on her and her entire family.
