Same as all below - Patricia Branch - someone is trying to serve me or someone else attached to this number. Called from 458-250-7092 but telling me to call the 833 number. Good luck Patricia!

That is the exact same msg i got also. I mean Process Processor com on. Oh and to say you have been notified and good luck sure

I got one of these messages today, too. The call came from 509-425-1731 and told me to call 833-894-3205. Scam!

Caller identified herself as Patrice Branch from National Asset Management. Left the number 833-894-3205 and said “Good Luck” at the end of her message.

2nd call in 2 days. Same recording.

"Hi this is Patrice branch calling from national asset management in regards to a civil matter that has been filed against either you your social or someone associated with this phone number I need an immediate callback from either you or your legal representative today at 833-894-3205 I repeat 8338943205 good luck..."

Had to laugh at the last part. If it isn't obvious from reading these posts, this is a scam. Block the numbers and relax.

I literally just got this exact same call 10 minutes ago.

Got a call from 833 894 3205 ext 112 saying they are from process processor with case number ( 16 numbers) about a past due debt.  They said i owed$2,987.06 on a credit card that I stopped paying on. In 72 hrs I was going to be served with papers to go to court. I said that I'd be glad to go to court that I'd file my own lawsuit. They said good luck.

I received the same call this past Monday. Tired of the scammers.

Via attached was a phone number for National Asset Management, 833-894-3205. Via attached was also an extension of 112. Via attached was also a case#. Call came from 405-543-1352.......guess they have bogus numbers from every state...hahah.

Just got an call telling me that someone was filed an civil matter against "me or to my number" not once but twice. Oh, and same person that ever one is saying.

lol same message from Patrice that you are all getting using a NJ phone number (Trenton) and telling me to call back at the 833 number. Patrice tried to contact me over the past few years - still waiting on that lawsuit! I did call back one time and I guess they didn't like all of my questions and hung up on me, so I called back, they hung up, I called back - they blocked my number I guess because I couldn't call them back - now they are at it again, just trying to figure out which scenario I want to give them this time :) so yea, good luck to you Patrice

It seems to go in cycles.  My family members were plagued by these calls 10 years ago - and it was embarrassing.  They know I was hacked - and stopped answering their phones when they didn't recognize the caller.  I do the same.  I got this call today, let it go to voicemail, marked it as a scam (which the phone notified me - possible scam) - then blocked the number.  I'm sure it will happen again - and I'll repeat my response.
