Keep receiving calls from a local number that states i have been flagged as evasive and they need to verify my address...the number they leave is 8339373345...pretty sure its a scam, as there is no company named Account Services

Made several attempts to contact me. I'm evasive and non-compliant please call back at 833-937-3345 number shows up as 256-285-1130

Called using the same language as reported by others. I'm evasive and non- compliant, that they have tried reaching me by mail and phone. Very strong voice, good actor. Followed up with have a good day. Left call back number as 833-937-3345.

Just exactly what others have reported. They just left a message that they need to verify the address they have on file and that they are preparing documents that needs to be filed.

Sounds like the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance. Block and ignore such calls if you can.

Same as the rest.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize or that I have answered several times before and heard nothing but silence or background noise from people's homes.  I too have been flagged as evasive and non-compliant.  Wait, what?  Sounds pretty criminal to me.  Oh well... catch me if you can.  LOL

I have been marked as evasive and don’t remember receiving anything via mail from this company. Number shows up as 832-501-2203 but call back 833-937-3345.

Same as above guys have harassed me gone as far as saying they will take all my money and have my social and all previous addresses have called from numerous numbers and texts as well fixing to call the attorney general

Receiving calls for several days now from unknown male saying "they" have tried to reach me by phone and mail regarding preparation of documents concerning my case.  I am now considered "evasive" and "non-compliant".  I am instructed to call 833-937-3345.  However, my caller ID flags this as Out of Area but with a local phone number 808-490-6870.

Received phone call - spam blocker  blocked it and then they left a vm - said they were a licensed locating service - needs to obtain signatures from me on documents as a receipt of a parent - whatever that is supposed to me - requested a call back in 48 hours to confirm name and SSN. Obviously they are not getting a cal back from me.

Got a call from a blocked number 4 times and then they finally left a VM .  advising they will be serving documents at my address or I can call to tell them where I want to send documents to.  I think this is a scam.

Called wanting to leave a message for my daughter.  Said her voice mail box is full.  Stated she needed to sign some paperwork.  Said she was from Way Point
