Debt scammer. Ignore this crap. Send the text to 7726 as spam. NEVER call them back.

Same issue as all of the others, stating they will garnish wages, etc... and need to verify my information but I have no clue who they are.

They left message and said legal related and need me contact back in track number with name Barbara. Anyone of you got them too? Wasn't sure if it's scam and at the same time, want to contact make sure that I'm not doing anything wrong. That bothers me a lot. But as most of you said it's scam.

I keep receiving  messages  from that number,,Saying  there has been a case filed against  me,I'm not falling  for that bs..

They keep. Selling saying they are from the Hartford group and are filing a petition against me.

They Call me at least once a day stating that I am being Evasive and non compliant, they aren’t even using my current name neither.

Same evasive nonsense.  Called 2 days in a row from a local robot number. I don't believe this is a real call.

Caller States that they’re coming to my house and that I lied about paying a bill. They say they tried to contact me several times through mail. I never got any mail through from them. Told him to come on and come to my house been waiting for three days now

Saying I was flagged as evasive, non compliant

called and text me several times with the wrong name and threatened to bring legal action if I did not resolve a debt that I never had. What a scam

Got that same message today. Scam...

Keeps calling from various local numbers saying they've tried to reach me by mail and phone and are preparing documentation as I am evasive and non-compliant. Looks like I'm not the only one getting this recorded message. Definitely a scam.

“Hi this is Mallory Blake I'm trying to get a message over to Erin Bradley this call is pertaining to some legal documents that were filed against you and brought over to our office for delivery I did wanna give you an opportunity to go ahead and contact our office and receive the details of the case so if you do want to give our office a call the phone number to do so is 833-937-3381 and the case number associated is 33695–5 for two again I encourage you to give them a call and you have been…”

Myself, as well as my mother, received a call from an unknown number. VM states, "this is Christine Carson contacting ******* ********* regarding legal documents that were filed against you and sent them to our office to initiate delivery. You have been granted an opportunity to contact the filing party's office to obtain case details. The phone number is 1-833-937-3381 and your case number is 33506-****, please note that failure to contact our office will result in a voluntary decision being submitted on your behalf. You have now been notified." I called the number a gentleman named Sean Conner or Sean O'Conner answered. He was rude and continued to talk over me and then hung up on me when I refused to give my social security number. I called back and he answered again by asking, "What can I do for you?" I said you can tell me who you are and why you continue to call me and members of my family. to which he replied that his office does not make outgoing calls. I told him they obviously do since 3 members of my family have had calls for me of this nature. He then said "Well I am not sure who that is or how you live your life but we do not make outgoing calls." I then told him to stop calling me and my family or I will report this agency for harassment. He claimed to be from Capital Collection Management.

Repeated robo-call.  Called 5 times in 3 minutes because I didn't answer.  Finally said they were from Quick cash and to go to their website to apply for a pre-approved quick loan.

called and said a legal matter was file under my name i needed to call them back within 24hrs . Or they would proceed with further actions . call back at 1-833-937-5208 lehman broughdan and Associates. Looked them up cant find it any where.
