same thing about there being an overdue account. They do have my name correct name. But i have no over due accounts.

They keep texting me that my account is overdue.

I think I just got scammed by these people calling to collect an old medical bill. Trying to get my money back from the credit card company.

Text message saying I owe a bill. Called and said they couldn't share with from where. Scam.

Keep getting texts with a phone number to call saying i owe a medical bill. When i called, a lady was rude saying im going to court and hung up.

Same here. They have my name and keep sending texts saying account is past due and final attempt.

Text comes from (520) 772-4376. They’ve texted several times in the last week. They use my maiden name and provide an acct # that starts with MB. State that I must contact them immediately. They provide a different call back # each time. The two #’s they provide are (855) 841-2870 and (833) 951-9444. Today’s message said my  “settlement has expired”. I don’t have any negative accounts or settlements out there, so I am not returning their calls/texts, especially after reading others comments on here. They never leave a company name.

Same thing to report. Multiple texts from 520-772-4376. The body of texts " Your settlement offer is null and void. Account balance is overdue. Call 833-951-9444 for reinstatement." I'm not calling and have reported this text message to my wireless carrier. Pathetic.

I just got a call saying that my husband a medical bill and that if I didn't settled the payment over the phone they will be taking me to court. The  crazy thing is that they didn't even ask to speak to my husband they provided all information to me without asking any of my details there goes HIPA ..SCAM it is!!!!

The interesting part is they're not using my legal first name, but what I normally go by. Any collections should have my legal name which makes this message dubious.
