This number is a fraud.  This is a collection agency making idle threats that they cannot carry out.  Do not pay this company.   They will not give you the company name or mailing address.  They are a fraud.   If they contact you making threats, please get their information and contact the FDCPA and your local law enforcement and file complaints.   They can be sued for each violation.

Same as above- anytime someone calls from one number and tells you to call a different number generally is a scam. I’m ignoring

Same as others, text said I owe and the last text said my settlement is null and void due to no response. Don't trust anyone who doesn't share a company name first of all. Second of all, I don't owe anyone anything. Don't respond or even text STOP to these scams.

I agree with all the comments here. They're fraudster/scammers! They texted me and have also called acting like an attorney. If it's in any way legitimate it's from 16 years ago.

I've gotten this text twice. "your account MB2269947 is overdue. We need a response today or we must take further action. Call 855-841-2870. Reply STOP to opt-out."

I’ve been getting text messages for years, addressed to someone I don’t know. I finally sent them this:  “I don't know who you're looking for. I've had this number for YEARS and I'm not <person’s name>. But if keep trying to reach them without following the fair debt collection practices,  I'll hire an attorney to go after you for harassment. ”

Got a text saying “your settlement offer is null and void. Account balance is overdue. Call 833. 951.9444 for reinstatement. Scam to me

Same thing they keep texting with no specific information except that they want me to call back. I won’t call them because it sounds fishy.

Third text from 207-605-9861. First text demanding payment on past due bill for Acct: MB2302784, call 855-841-2870. Second text call 855-841-2870. Third text final notice, call 833-951-9444. The person they are looking for is female.

I keep getting TEXT messages from these LOSERS. Asking for someone else! Saying that I need to contact them about this matter Acct #MB2297196 the text message number is 209-780-0851 and call back number is 855-841-2870. And the call back number today is 833-951-9444…..I told them in the text message that they have the number. But to no avail they keep insisting so I’m going to give them what they want…..Sorry they keep asking.

Multiple texts from different numbers stating past due account and to call this number to resolve or reply STOP to opt out.  Replied that if they had a legit debt to mail proof as required by law.  Then opted out as I am 100% certain I have no past due accounts.  Response saying I've opted out indicates the text came from Empire Merchant Solutions LLC.

Texts everyday saying overdue account, settlement is null, legal action will proceed.
I have No overdue accounts and I do NOT plan on calling them just going to block.
