This number was received as a text message stating 'Authy registration: click authy://register/ (my phone#) / ###### or manually enter: ###### (shown as a link).  I did not respond since I did not recognize anything in the text and I did not request anything from this number.  I suspect it is a scam/dangerous caller.  It came twice under phone id 833-961-1963

Seems that this is some generic number used by different websites for legitimate sms 2 factor authentication, I got a message from them when logging into my twitch account through the official website

This number was linked to my blink security wifi cameras. Neighbors were using my cameras and was remotely controlling them to watch me and my activities which was set up in their living room and this number was used to log in and receive a code every time I reset my cameras .I'm upset that blink didn't catch this as two codes were sent out within a minute of each other. One to my phone and one to this number. Never felt so unsecure because of security cameras. Can't trust anything or anyone..sad!

This number has texted me twitch verification codes twice as of now.

Keep getting two factor codes. Someone is using  this service to hack people.

Received text stating, "Your Point verification code is: xxxxxx"
I have not requested any codes for anything , so assuming it's trying to get personal info or other information.

Sent me one message that imitated another about Greenlight verification code. Have no idea what it even is, did not reply or even open it

Got 3 unsolicited text messages within 60 seconds, all  stating " Your Airbnb verification code is NNNN. Don't share this code with anyone; our employees will never ask you for the code." Appears to be 2-step verification, but for what?  I did not log-in or sign up for ANYTHING.

Received a text for a verification code for IRL. Didn't request one and don't know what IRL is.

Its a 2 factor authentication service(2FA). If you're getting the verification code message unsolicited, its because someone is trying to login to a site that has your phone number or email as a 2FA credential. It is sent within seconds of a login request at a site that uses 2FA authentication.

Same as others, received verification code for Barstool Sportsbook, i don't even know what that is.

Received a  "shop pay" code number. I also get a second text, with same message. BUT It was in the same thread that I had received a code from the  Dr B  Covid-vaccine finder I'd signed up for a few days ago.  Wonder if it got hacked.  Crooks never rest.

Received a text at 3am from 833-961-1963 "Your ATM app verification code is: 604619. Don't share this code with anyone; our employees will never ask for the code." I don't even have a ATM app lol scam!

This number is trying to get into my bank account. Pretending it's my verification code

100% scam verified. they hacked my bank account. beware and don't respond.

Yes, 100% scam verified.  They hacked my email, bank account and Coinbase.  BEWARE!!!
