Been getting these calls again, and they are looking for someone who does not, and never has, live here. Seems like these are an annual thing.

Same stuff. Reference #. Searched number they called from - old realtor # in city. Same garbage.

They called and left a message with my name recorded and a Case number, saying they were working on a case "in their office" and it was urgent; if I did not return the call they would work with local authorities.
1) anyone working a case would state their name and company along with sending a letter prior to contact (or would not call at all)
2) They wouldn't state the name of the business or who was calling
3) They say it is urgent to try to scare people into calling back, if you had a loan you did not pay you for sure would know it before someone called you

Left message for last name, first name, like others in this post. Calling about sensitive matter and left a claim number and this number to call to speak to an agent. Needless to say, I have not. Really tired of these guys, how can they even be allowed to exist?

My grand daughter has the same name as I do. She recieved this call saying that they had legal papers for me. She was very upset. These same people have called me twice. telling me they are filing charges against me. These people would have to get a raise to be lower than whale poop.

I asked them for written documentation and even offered to give them my updated address (it’s my business PO BOX). Dude got mad and hung up.

They have called my home everyday now for about a week the calls come at about the same time everyday. Most times I let the answering machine answer it. They say it is important I call them at this number. The call comes from a Maryland number 410-401-4896. I answered it one day and it is the same recording that is left on the answering machine. I am getting the calls on my landline not a cell phone. I hope someone finds them and arrest them for misuse of the phone.

Payday loan are ilegal in many states and they have statue of limitations they only have. And in most states they wont go to court. They buy these old debts that cant be legally collected on in hoping to scare people into paying them back and in some cases they are zombie debts to old to be collected on and may not even be yours

"Rachel" from "Brooks and Wiseman" keeps leaving me messages demanding money I do not owe.

They called me and told me i owed 800.00 pay day loan i laugh told them really i am 85 in a nursing home are u  really seriously think you can scam me . Your accent Robert and Samantha from over yonder can cut the crap and stop harrassments We have covid 19 we may day died any day now. Good luck collection.  Cause in 65 years never took a loan from anywhere. So much for id fraud. Get lost dont answer their calls and another thing block them.

Woman called from First Source.  Wanted me to provide my birth date for verification.  I said nope.  they said they're asociated with *A***n Regional Med Center and I have an outstanding bill, and they want to help me qualify for Medicaid.  Well, first of all, ARMC doesn't know them.  (So HOW did First Source get my name and hospital bill information....sounds like a billing breach at ARMC.  Second, I have a great primary medicare insurance, PPP.   ARMC is in network with them; claims have all been paid and nothing is outstanding, therefore no monies owed; no balance owed to anyone.  Third, ARMC would send me a statement if monies are owed.  Fourthly, the woman kept repeating herself and her story while ignoring important facts such as I don't owe any money to anyone.  SCAMMERS.
