I received two calls from this number within minutes of each other.  The above shortened message was left on my voicemail.

I will add them to my phone's address book under SCAM.  I will also report them to www.donotcall.gov.

Received call from this number for reduce my credit card rates.  I am on national do not call registry and have done no business with this company.  Why do they think it is O.K. to call anyway.

So much FUN!  
I pressed 1 just to eff with them.  
They told me that I had a Capitol 1 credit card with $2,100 balance.
Very interesting - I don't have a Capitol 1 CC and I don't have any balances.
I was laughing so hard that they hung up on me!

BTW - their number is now blocked - they can call all they want!
Apparently, this is a new number for them.

I just received a call from Card Services claiming that they are going to lower my interest rate. I thought, "Sure, I'll have the conversation." I asked them how the process works, and they said that if I qualified, they would transfer me to a financial advisor who would negotiate with the banks on my behalf. I wouldn't mind a lower interest rate, but I don't want to get all involved with some kind of financial scam that will ding my credit. At that time, I said no,and asked to be removed from the call list. The representative continued his hard sell. I asked again to be removed from the call list. He continued his sell, talking over me as I repeated my request. Ultimately, he hung up on me. I doubt I have been removed from the call list.
