Calling my work, as well as family members. I have received this call before, I found out it was a scam.

The person calling says his name is John Lewis and listening to his call it sounds like he is covering his voice to sound more robotic like.

Scam calling saying that you will be served when mr. Lewis or Miss Rebecca sending threatening calls and calling my family members trying to collect money and said that I would need to take action as soon as possible scam call I call from different numbers company name was never the same

He called my family saying someone reported me and I have a complaint against me.If I don't respond he was contacting authorities.I called back and he said I have a debt in my name that needs paid. Said he was from 7 group LLC. As soon as I said then send me papers because I'm not paying anything until I see them. He hung up on me.

Number called it was a Robo mesg. I called back n woman hung up because I wouldn’t verify personal information. They r scam artist n very harassing. Will be reporting them not like anything will be done they change number n call again

Creey! I've been getting the same! Looking for me. Blah blah blah and information call them back and the proper authorities will be notified. I've disregard them. Until today. My mother called me. Shes been getting THE SAME calls for me. She lives on the other side of the U.S. It freaked me out! How do they get our relative's info?

The Internet. You'd be surprised how much of your "personal" information is online.
Block their number and tell your mom to do the same.

Contacted my family members and left voice mail stating a formal complaint was filed and they would be contacting the authorities

SCAM - an attempt to embarrass you into paying the extortionist who has NO real proof of debt .  IF there was a real claim, you would not have a warning call.  BLOCK them (and tell your friends & employer about the call).

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

So far as I can tell, Seven Group is part of a larger payday loan scamming operation that is now located in the Caribbean.
The group is commonly used as a phony or phantom creditor by debt scammers operating in the Caribbean area.  Possible Jamaica or Nevis.

They Called 2x’s Today 12/22/2017 it said from South Carolina. I don’t answer unless I know who it is. No Mssg. But I looked up info. And as I believed. A scam call. I gave them the claim# given to me and they said NO. Not them. 🤭

I received a Call from this number. Someone named John Lewis said he was calling because they are attempting to locate someone and the name was said in a mechanical voice which was unintelligible. They then said that if they don’t hear from me the formal complaint will be lodged.  I think this is the grandparents scam, where they tell you your grandchild has been arrested and ask you to send bail money.  Scum!

Called me saying I was being sued

855-343-7888 got a call from this number it obvious they are a scam company. Trump need to make a law about these scam company. Put them out of business.
