WHO TO BELIEVE replies to MJG
When your cell phone charges you do you just not pay? No you probably do research and call them rather than just believing the internet. If you are one that received a bill from Synter - call them hit option zero and ask for a supervisor or owner and they will advise why they are calling or sending notices. If then you feel the bill is not owed you advise them of that so they can explain what to do. If you don't resolve you will continue to get calls. The best thing is to ask what the bill is for and ask for proof. They have copies of invoices and back up documents that they can send you.

I am not coming on to make you believe anything. I know they are a real company. I have paid them for my invoices due as I am a company that uses DHL and misplaced invoices causing Synter to call me. I did my research how about you do yours. Its hilarious that consumers think they are something special and don't owe invoices and can just stop the calls and avoid paying. It will eventually catch back up to you. If you don't feel the invoice is your's then call and explain that to them. They can provide you details needed to resolve the debt owed.

Again, with the zero reading comprehension.  I have done my research - as have others who received these calls - per their carriers - they owe NOTHING.  Why don't you run along, now - you're obviously invested in this "company" since you keep spamming the thread with cut and paste answers.

One good thing: We don't have any more cut & paste comments from "Constipation". I go with rule #1. Company 'b' says I owe company 'a' money, but I should pay company 'b'. Not a chance. I call company 'a' and ask them. Remember years ago when they used to send fake bills to large companies? Years ago, some (some) companies would just pay it, & not check. Here we are 2014. Same old, same old. As always: ask for proof in writing & then do your due diligence.

Do you not know what a "carrier" is? It is the freight carrier that Synter works for. You can call that carrier directly - UPS, FEDEX, DHL, South Eastern Freight Lines, Ryder, ETC. If you get a bill that you don't believe is yours then call the carrier to confirm if Synter is valid. The documents Synter has is provided by the carrier themselves. With signatures on who signed for the pick up and delivery. So they do have supporting documents that they can send you.

    TSTEXGIRL replies to CARRIER
Well I personally sent an email to UPS to confirm this claim. Until UPS say that they work with this company then I will believe it. Meanwhile I google this company and so far it all comes up as being a scam by other websites other than this one.

    Badge,
This sounds like the old Yellow Pages billing scam - probably thought up by the same degenerate - doesn't it..

Check page 1 - they started the c&p there - replying to an almost 3 year old post.

I didn't just find the thread...I have worked with Synter as a customer before and know for a fact they are not scammers. I find it funny you people just assume and don't do your own research by calling the carrier or Synter to ask what the charges are for. Instead you just complain that you are getting scam calls which is not correct.

I use UPS you [removed:lang].   My rep never heard of your company!!!!!

Why did UPS issue a fraud alert?  Go back to your Yellow Pages  advertisement scam.

    Not leaving replies to Elspeth

I did my research and paid my invoice - since it was legit. Researching on this website does not classify as research its just a easy way out that you and everyone else took. I am not invested in this company. I am a consumer who paid my delinquent invoice since it was due. I called the carrier, got my proof, and paid my debt. Synter does send and report to credit agencies so watch out. If the debt is owed if will come back to you one way or another. Have a great day running from your problems rather than resolving them.

    Thank you! replies to Badge714

Exactly - thank you! That is what I have been trying to say is call COMPANY A which is the carrier. Synter works for freight carriers only - so best thing is to call the CARRIER they are saying you owe a bill to and ask if the debt is due.

Au contraire, shill.  I do my research online and not just on this website.  Again - run along now, like a good little shill.

REAL, legitimate businesses do not scan 800notes.com and post rebuttals to complaints here – they resolve complaints with customers individually. The shill posts here are a near-certain guarantee of a scam.

    SALES REP replies to MJG

Your rep is only a sales rep. HINT A SALES REP - HE IS TO SELL HIS SERVICES TO YOU! He does not work in the accounting department. Have him call the accounts receivable department and ask them who Synter is. They will know.
