Total Scam called UPS and someone used tried to bill to my account in Error.. Then I receive this notice to pay. UPS put my account on hold. UPS will remove the charge from my account.

Synter Resource is hired by several transportation companies and is licensed in various states. Check with your state and you'll find that all licensing requirements are met. All debt is held by the original debtor as they only cal on behalf of the company. The companies they represent are: FedEx Express, DHL, UPS, Total Quality Logistics, Roadrunner Transportation, Schneider, Averitt Express, Pitt OHIO, Canadian Freightways, CH Robinson, Con-way, XPO Logistics, Winalta, Ryder, Penske, Union Pacific, CSX, and many others. They are the largest outsourcing company serving the transportation industry. Before you ignore their calls, I would highly recommend you contact the carrier directly and obtain a copy of your past due bills. If they are not paid, I would highly recommend you pay them; otherwise, ignoring Synter will likely result in your credit being revoked or shipments placed on hold with your carrier.

If they are providing account numbers in their emails, report them. This violates several financial laws, more in certain states. There should be no account specific information contained within an email.

Yeah, pull the other one...it plays jingle bells.  Just like many here, I got one of these "you owe  $xx.xx on your UPS account" letters.  Had my UPS account number.  I went into UPS and checked my billing history.  No unpaid amounts.  Contacted UPS, no outstanding amounts.  I'm following the method and replying via mail to them with a certified letter, but right now this certainly stinks of a scam.  I'm not too far from their offices.  Maybe I should go pay it in person?

I own a business, never opened a Fed Ex account, yet this dude Josh called saying I owe them money.... Really? Go F off like I left him in a  message! How dare they say I better call by today or legal action is going to happen!!! Seriously? GO F OFF and this shady company!

I called UPS/Billings. My account is good. UPS said they never sent my account to collections. They told me to just ignore the notice. I was asked to send them a copy of the collection notice and an investigation will be conducted. You are hilarious. Your company is a joke who is run by [***]. Have a little pride in yourself and get another job.

1661 (very loud like I'm deaf ! ) Call 843-746-2200 from collector Central Resource Group . Never got a call back. The number   I called  was put on hold -- FOREVER !!! The woman did say it was a Fed-Ex account , and she was going to hook me up with Shawn .  He never answered the phone !

You are right.  I also called numerous times.  2 different numbers. You would think that a collection agency would pick up the phone after 38 times throughout 3 working days.  We own fed ex franchises in town so it was kinda humorous when we got a letter that said I owed my business 1,400.00 - lol

This is fraud. Organized fraud. They collected your company info, email, phone number and then make up a story. Don't ever return their call and email. They will then know that you are a real target.

automated voice Called my workplace claiming we had an outstanding balance with FedEx. Said it was an attempt to collect a debt (didn't say their company name) and gave me this number with an extension and a reference number. Forwarded this info to our accounts payable, they then contacted FedEx and they let us know our account was actually current and they don't know who contacted us. Be alert. Definitely a scam.

I've just started getting calls from this joint.  Problem is they just say they are attempting to collect a debt and leave no reference number. So what... I'm supposed to call a shady number (not even toll free) and start giving them personal information so they can "find the account information"?  I don't think so.

Mail me an invoice; if they're legit they'll have my address along with my phone number.

I receive a call from a restricted number they leave a message identify their self as CENTER RESOURCE GROUP  requesting to pay a balance for $615.32 in behalf of YRC. I call YRC and I've no balance pending or any other amount in collections.

This is a scammer !
They are asking for my personal banking information, such as account number and routing numbers. Don't give them anything .

They call, they email. I register FCC each time with the information. Please lets help each other, if you could go to FCC.gov it would be great!   Part of emails:  "These charges are for your regular UPS service, which may include, but are not limited to: Next Day Service, Second Day Service, and Ground Service charges. The invoice(s) will no longer appear open on your account in the UPS Billing Center because of the delinquent status."  for $71.08.

Received message from Syntar Resource Group (SRG) collecting $66 for UPS.  I do not have a UPS account, but my phone # is a new #.  I did not respond in any way and blocked the #.
