A Vince Moretti @ Legal Support Services called saying there was a sealed court summons for someone at this address and that they come here or the place of work along with police to serve someone with a summons with intent to appear in court.  They ask you to call 844-206-2170 but don't specify a name.  The name on the of says Lisa Simone @ 203-641-2170.

IF there was a summons, a licensed process server would arrive without notice - without a warning call.  BLOCK them.

Called from 513-656-2171 said his name was Vince Maretti and that a court summons was going to be delivered with a uniformed officer and to secure any pets or firearms on my person when they appear, LOL!  First time I've ever heard that!  Anyway, the return number to call was 844-206-2170!

Called stating a summons was issued for this number and asked for my son.

I was told that there is a court order for me to appear in court on a past due acct back in 2013-2014 with Check into Cash for the amount of $450 dollars. I think I have been scammed because I gave them my credit card number and told them not to take it out until July 3. I felt a strange feeling about the phone call. They called my husband first when he was at work. Can't figure out how they got his number.

How they got his number at this point is not important.  What is important is that you cancel that card immediately.  Never, ever pay a debt collector without making them follow the letter of the law, which starts with this:
It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid. 

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

They just called and said they would come to my job with a uniform officer to serve me papers or at my residence.They want me to secure my pets and any firearms.Not calling back the number because I know this is awfully fishy.

Received the same call, they were looking for my dad. I have received their call multiple times over the years. I finally called back and told them the number they used to call me and that is when they stated my father's name and they were also able to verify the last 4 of his SSN. WITHOUT ME PROVIDING ANY INFO OTHER THAN MY #. I told them he was deceased. The apologized.

someone called my Fathers home and told him that someone was coming out to pick me up. when I called the number back they said that this number was BLOCKED and that I should not get any more calls.

Scam! You are not warned in advance if a process server is coming.
