I just received a voice mail from this same number from a John Riggs with legal support services.

Left message that they were sending someone out with summons and to call them back at this number same number except this time is was an Anthony and no last name. The number that showed up on my caller I’d however was not a working number!

Anything happen?

Nothing happened.  This is a well known debt scam - you never get a heads up you'll be served.  Read what BigA posted on page 1 - lots of good information.

She has a urgent legal matter to discuss for one of my family member she said that her name was Toni call back number 844-206-2170 ext. 108

The voicemail they left said I was the emergency contact and they needed to talk to me immediately.  The call back name/number was Tammy Larson at 844-206-2170 ext 2102.

I received a call stating they were going to press criminal fraud charges against me if I didn't pay $260 today. They went on to say that if I don't I will be prosecuted for check fraud and owe over $7,000 if I didn't settle the matter now but refused to mail me any information nor did they ask for my current address.
