I received a letter today. Instead of the I learning it is clear path.

I have had the very same experience as all of the above persons have had. They (Lisa) said that we had to get a lawyer to find out the company to whom I owed this money ($286.76) to. She became very combative and nasty when I further questioned her and she hung up on me. We have written 3 letters to this company and have heard nothing. Yesterday we received a letter from them saying this is our last chance to send a check to them. I owe nothing and don't know what to do to prevent my credit rating to be affected. The number is 844-213-0037...Lisa ex. 507

Hey BigA I followed your advise and sent them letter with certified mail. They still sent me a final notice. And then I called spoke with a really nasty lady who threw racial slurs at me and hung up. Essentially threatening to make the situation much worse for me. I told her to shove it! She never acknowledged receiving a certified letter from me. How can they just threaten anyone and nothing can be done!? Who are these a**** and why should we let this slide?

Time to go out and get yourself a lawyer and sue them.  This type of case the lawyer should do on a contingency basis, which means no money out of your pocket until the case settles.  You shouldn't let it slide, the more people that stand up to them and take them to court, and file reports on their criminal activities, the less incentive they have to try to steal money from people.

I was also contacted by Member Services in 2013 and since then I have been on their radar of extortion. Can you please tell me the outcome about the client you are referring to above? It is taking a toll on me.

I DID call the #, and got a recording that "Lisa" was not in her office.....Got the same letter saying I owed 354.22  I have never heard of this company....used *67 so they don't have my number.  I am putting them on a do not call list and taking this letter to the BBB tomorrow.  Glad I got on line to check them out.

Got the same letter. Told them I'd have them checked out by my local sheriffs office and they got mad. Didn't hear from them for a while and the calls started again

Also uses number 321-418-6936.  Same experience as all the above, collecting a debt for a scam company offering debt consolidation/lower interest.  I think both companies are owned by same people or working together.  Do not pay, file complaints shown above.

If it makes you feel better, be my guest.  The BBB is a toothless organization with no law enforcement powers, for that matter no powers at all.  Further it is a proven fact that they sell those ratings to the highest bidder.

Soooo this company is huge scammers they have sent us 3 letter 2 for ILearning and one for Smart home with all three have different balances the lady is rude and hangs up on me every time I call, I told her my lawyer is now handling it and she said I can't even talk to you and hung up, they are not legit third party I hope they get caught and go to jail, our lawyer has been looking into it and he also said they are scamming us we have people watching credit to see if pops up BEWARE pay them nothing

Then you certainly should sue them, get all that money back and then some.

Lisa said I owe over $350 plus change for money I owe to a credit co. I have no clue as to what they are talking about.
