    I got a called from some guy that said he was gonna serve me papers if i don't resolve this matter in 2 days..then i call this so called co. called Immediate service 1.844.213.5665 and he said the same thing..i told him to take me to court.

    I hot a call from the same number, plus my sister, brother, mom , and nephew.  The guy was very unprofessional (that is why I knew he was bogus). He told me he was going to serve papers on me, and he needed to know my address and what time I would be home.  If you are served papers to appear it is not by someone like this!! SCAM

    They call themselves Mediation Services, a debt collection outfit.   Just another debt collector trying to hide their true profession (if you can call it that) by using terms such as "mediation" and "pre-trial intervention" and other such similar fraudulent terms.  No idea who they really are.  The term "mediation" is used by a lot of companies.

    Still a phony debt collectors with his threats of "service of process" but letting you know in advance.  As well as not knowing your address.

    I have reported the caller to my local county courthouse.  This person is named Tony Belo, and he calls not only myself but my entire family.  I do not owe money to anyone that would collect it this way!  The call I received yesterday actually used my local courthouse phone number to call.  When I returned the call to the courthouse they told me that there was no such person there by that name, and if I was going to be served papers it would be by the Sheriff's department or a Constable.  Apparently he had found a way to use their phone number ( or have it show up as their number ) to call me.  This is ridiculous, and has to be stopped!

    i had a defaulted lopan for over $1,000 and they helped me clear it up for $700.00 they were very nice to me and helped me out alot

    Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

    I was contacted by this Tony Belo saying i need to call this 844 number.  Contrary to most of these comments Tony was very professional in the way he gave me the info.  I asked him what the documents could possibly be about, and he very graciously explained to me that he see's these all the time, and that they are most likely a court summons, insisting to contact that number for more info.  After that we struck up a conversation about football, he seemed like a very fine fellow to me.  I called and was informed that i had taken out a loan about 6 years prior and had a judgement amount of 1500.  The representative that i spoke to was very knowledgeable, and allowed me to propose a settlement of only 700.  In the future i will need to keep better track of my loans, however i just wanted to leave my 2 cents here for others in case you too have been contacted by this Belo person.

    I ignored the messages an calls from this number an they served me at my house in front of my whole family. Now instead of paying a settlement of this loan I have to pay the lawyer an court an attorney fee's..I wish I just would've called them.
