Called 1/15/2020 Left no message. CID said PBCM. I don’t answer calls from names & numbers I don’t know or call them back. I see others have reported getting calls from this since 2016. Nothing but a scam.

Another call from this number that I reported 1/15/2020. I heard voices with what sounded like an asian accent in the background like in a boiler room situation in the first call I got. All I heard from the second call was what sounded like a scratching noise or somebody shuffling papers, no voices. CID said PBCM. I never answer calls from names & numbers I don’t know or call them back. Nothing but a scam.
