fraud alert" if you receive a call from the office of gabriel and associates   please contact the federal trade commission at 1-877-382-4357 www.ftc.gov or contact your local attorney general office and report fraud and harassment! please do not do the following! which is to give out any personal information, like your name address or your social security number! please note! all debt collectors are required by federal law under the National Fair Debt Act to do the "following" 1 "calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance" they are not allowed under federal law to record you without your permission. 2 they are required to give! when asked the company i d number. 3 they are required to send you a copy of the bill or the debt that you owe, please don't have them send it by e-mail, they are required to send it by mail. if the person who contacted you claims to be and a attorney he is also required to give out his bar license, if he refuse to do so! then you have the right to do the following! which is to contact the local bar association to verify his name. if you believe that you have been scammed or have paid money to "The Law Office of gabriel and associates " please do the following! contact your local police department and attorney generals office and file a report! please note when contacted by gabriel and associates or any of there staff! please do the following! keep all of the phone numbers and voice messages where they are calling you from, on file..

I called the police department to have the number reported as a Scam. So the officer personally reached out to them and had them verify some office information. So the officer had me call them back and I guess they are what they are..... This sucks!

GREAT!!  Now you can tell us the official company name as well as their address & other pertinent information.

Oddly enough, if you do a Google search on that number the first few hits are web sites where people are complaining about scams and Google shows no legitimate business using that number. What are the odds? Due to their mysteriously poor Google ranking, I think "Beth" really owes it to them to speak up about the name and address of this fine, upstanding business! How about it, Beth?

Having ran the name through google, I come up with several under this id. Amazingly, none of them collections. One is a auto consultation, the other a family attorney.  Its not unusual for extortion scam operations to use and abuse real names, real attorney/legal firms names to further their cause.

When this number shows up on my phone its unknown, but previous I was getting quite sometime ago n the # 1 would be the only number that would show, do I saved under samuel sole that is name they left on message to call back, this time they left a number to call 1 844 231 7508 if they majestric court in my area has not served me with papers n left a case number to refer to, it is a scam, I know by law I have to get this debt amount in writing n have received nothing, bunch of losers, get real job.

They are not the gabriel and associates accounting to the federal trade commission! and if they are a real company then why is the number disconnected?
