They called me today 5/21/14 from this number 8442457441, and they left me a message saying that a complaint has been made on me and that notification an accordance with state federal law from the law offices of rasav markowitz & associates , and when the lady calling that doesnt mention her name on the message left she says there looking for its an  automated machine says my name if this is (my name)  and if this is not (my name) again it says hung up the phone. Im really sick of this 844 or 855 numbers calling me leaving messages on my phone they also call my sisters too and harrass them to.

On cell phones you can google the brand and call blocker, some they have call blocking apps for and some phones have call blocking now. For landlines you can get a device around 60.00.  

rasav markowitz & associates google search came up blank! It sounds like a extortion scam operation. Neither phone, fax or email is valid proof of anything as per the FDCPA law, they need to send debt validation via the us mail.
