- kellie replies to kellieI am so stupid, I thought shilling would be easy. I was promised a beef pattie, for writing these shill posts, but I didn't get one. Can someone please make sure my posts get a busted stamp.
- Gunnar replies to kellie| 1 reply"kellie", you're an example of why so many people in the U.S. consider you Jamaican scammers to be the most inept frauds in the world. You just don't get it do you? You're wasting your time you fool! We can see right through you!
Now run along & go try to hustle some tourists or something. You're no where close to being able to fool anyone here. We know where you post from. We know what you are. You're doing nothing but embarassing yourself.
Skeff Ett Liv!

Clearly from the infiltration of this thread from shills, they need reported asap.
Section 809 of the FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf requires 3rd-party debt collectors to give debtors written notice of debt (the key word is *shall*) :
"§ 809. Validation of debts
(a) Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing—
(1) the amount of the debt;
(2) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed;
(3) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector;
(4) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector; and
(5) a statement that, upon the consumer’s written request within the thirty-day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor." - U.R.Fullofit replies to adamThe only thing that should be register is YOU as a conman!!

- CelticDragon replies to GunnarNo kidding Gunnar!
- sandra| 4 repliesI just got a call from this number stating I owed money to someone from 2009. I don't remember anything like this, but I told them I would make pmt arrangements, if I had some kinda of documentation. They said I would just be going to court. They stated they have sent me statements to this address, but we have only been here for 2 years. Very rude. Why wouldn't have been on my credit report?

How to see if your on the chex system list:
http://www.wikihow.com/See-if-You-Are-on-Chexsystems-List - Gunnar replies to sandraThat's very simple "sandra". Your caller was a Scammer. Which you would already know if you had bothered to read through this thread.
Be Safe. Be Aware.
Gunnar - BaBy-FiReFlY replies to sandraSandra, It's not on your credit report because it's just some idiot trying to scam you. My advice to you would be to do like I do and just block the number or just ignore them. ;)
- BigA replies to sandraGlobal solutions is a new criminal debt collector showing up on these pages. If they fail to do this, then they have violated the law:
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
List of State AG’s offices: http://consumerfraudreporting.org/stateattorneygenerallist.php - tiredofittotal scam. shame. calls home and cell constantly about a "returned item". I have never had a "returned item"!!! Asks for my personal info. Special place in hell for people like this.

- CWG40 replies to brain kEverytime I call Global Solutions it's the same thing: Some lady with an accent I can't place talking over a call-center. They always say they are in Miami and have 48 different locations in the US. Apparently the people running the scam don't realize the US has 50 states. Total scam. They're aggressive too.
- CWG40 replies to sandraSadly, it happens all the time. Always demand a DV (debt validation letter) be sent to you by US mail. E-mail no good. They won't do this--so simply ignore them and block their calls.
- CWG40 replies to adreannaOK. Fine.
Now.
Want to tell us:
1. Name of Plaintiff
2. Name of Defendant
3. Attorneys for the two parties
4. Date case was filed
5. Case number
6. Address of the court.
You can't object because a law case is a public record. - AnonyWe received a call from this company stating that my husband had a returned check and they have a case against him from a check cashing company. Funny my husband does not have a checking account. This is in my name. So not sure how a check in his name could have been returned to an account that is non existent. I told the woman, who had a foreign accent that called that I have heard this is a scam through the Internet. She became quite agitated and angry at me and asked me if I believe everything I read on the Internet. I said I believe this and she said I was stupid. Does not sound like someone that is trained to be professional when making such calls. I am reporting this to the BBB, FTC and local law authorities. Also placing a fraud alert on my husbands credit report. Phone number used 419-459-7313 and 844-258-3994

- LauraI received a phone call from them and I've actually been attempted on with fraud before. They did get one payment from me unfortunately but then they really started harassing my parents. I just want to know the questions I need to ask when they call back. They have been calling about my second payment not going through but I didn't trust the company. My mom said their number kept popping up as a local city and when they called me it was the same thing and my parents live an hour away from me. Somebody please help.
