I received a call from this number October 2nd. The recorded message states that, “Legal action against property”. That I must respond within 24 hours.

The problem with this message is that I don't own any residential property for legal action to take place. It doesn't say who they are or what it's about. So much for legal proceedings.

I got a call from them on Monday.  They mentioned a complaint against me involving property.  The address they mentioned is the apartment complex where I live.  I don't own any property.  Period.  Can we say SCAM?

I just got a call from this # except it came up unknown on my phone saying there is legal action against the property I reside at but I don't own the property. I am tempted to call them back but this is a scam for sure.

Many calls from this number they are rude and it is some sort of scam probably.  No need to ever call back

Please help stop this company, same as other calls. They don't even identify themselves as a company.

Just received a call stating I need to call 10/08/14 regarding supposed legal action, they don't identify themselves. Seems like a scam to me. Has anyone called this number back?

Well....This is odd...My ex-husband got a voicemail for me. He said the voicemail was talking about legal proceedings on my home which i rent, not own, and he has NEVER lived at? We have been divorced almost 5 years. I have lived here almost 4. I don't own property anywhere, if they want to talk to me, call me not my ex.. so a scam...

Got phone call today (10/10/14) with all the right questions.  Asked me to call this #: 844-258-5060. Gave a case number for reference. Sounds like a scam for sure. Created contact in case they call back again.

A man named Mark Thompson called saying there was "a complaint against me". Called my Mom and my Dad who have been divorced for over 20 years and live in different states. I am a 44 year old woman- why would he call my parents? Nothing identifying the "people he represents" or any explanation. Could someone please stop these people????!!!!

Got a voicemail this morning 10/13/14 from some guy named Shaun Gammon with same threats from an unknown number. I also live in a apt complex and own no property of any kind. I know it's a scan and I date then call my family cause I will take all legal action possible against them. They need to be stopped

These ppl don't have nothing else to do. Talking about the person they are looking for have me down as a reference. I told them to stop calln me and hang the phone in their face.

I received a call today. The person identified himself as Mitch from Nation Wide. That a legal matter had been forwarded to his desk, it was some legal documents, they needed me to call them back in 24 hours before any further legal actions against me or the property address I live at. That they were a firm. Then they called two of my relatives. I don't know who they are and why are they calling my family. The person also talks very fast and slurs his speech. I believe it is a scam.

this number keep calling stating that they have legal documents to give to me. the will not say who they are. they have called my cell and my job with a ref number. they just keep calling everyday

I just received a call from the same number, let the machine answer, said his name was Mitch Conner. Talked fast and slurred words. Said he was trying to contact the lady's name we bought the property from about some legal proceedings against property. We bought property 12 years ago and she has been deceased for over 8 years. Gotta be a scam.

My mom received a call from this number, and they stated I have a lawsuit filed against me!!

This company works for different credit card companies. I received the same phone call and returned the call. It's about a credit card I was delinquent supposedly from 2009. Claim they sent letters to my present address and an address I haven't lived at since 2005.  Never received the letter at present address. Will only take credit or debit as a form of payment. Asked them to resend the letter to my email. Still waiting.

Got a Call today 10/22/2014..Same crap,from some woman named "Heather Richards  from "Document Delivery services ... about some documents they weren't able to deliver.Saying if I don't call this number back , some firm will be "Forced " to take action against me ..without my consent. Uhhh... Why would they need my consent in a legal action ? If they make it without my "CONSENT" ...doesn't that make it illegal ? What a bunch of dopes.  B.S.  I don't own any property .So I have no idea what she thought she was threatening me with .  I think it's a scam as well.

They called me yesterday, and my GRANDPARENTS today! The mans name is Roderick Davis calling about a lawsuit filed against me and my case number was 9900227. TOTAL BULL. I've never been sued, and if I was I'd be served by an actual person. I know that much. And, time sensitive materials are usually discussed IN PERSON, with a lawyer.
