I received the same call on 10/28/14. I called and gave ref number. About some credit card I never heard of and property.  Guy was rude and hung up. I guess all these other callers have same credit card.

Called stating that they were trying to deliver a subpoena to appear in court.  That I was being sue over $4,000 for a past due credit card account from over 10 - 12 years ago.  They are working for Trustee Recovery Services, a collection company that buys debt off from other companies and tries to collect the money.

This is a scam company out of Jacksonville Florida. ADDRESS: 9310 Old Kings Road.#18 .Jacksonville Florida.32257. Legal Support Services contacting people about fake payday loans,trying to extort money from them. File a complaint with ftc.gov and fcc.gov.

Interesting....they send text messages only.  It has MY name and street address on it and that's all.  There is no message, no instruction to do anything.  I'm sure it's a scam but how they intend to pull it off without actually making contact is beyond me!

I didn't receive a phone call but a text message that had my apartment address and some kind of attachment included. In stead of opening the attachment I searched the number and found it seems to be a scam.

Got a text just showing my previous address. I did not respond, just deleted & will block.

Received a text. Did not open as did not recognize  number. Text just listed my address and 1st name, no other info.

Texted me w/ link to something....did not link

Got a text with a link attached did not open link. Glad I looked up the number

Have received numerous texts and phone calls. Tests will just day my name and address and a link to click. I text back "stop" numerous times to opt out of whatever they were selling or whatnot. Finally got so sick of receiving these texts that I clicked the link. (Not the best but whatever) it took me to an auto loan website. I reported abuse and said in comments that I WILL file a lawsuit if I get another text or call from them.

I called it and he said I was being charged with fraud,I then called him out on many inconsistent things he said like the date in 2006 11 years ago statute of limitations, then he called me a bunch of names and hung up
