- Badge714 replies to tammy| 1 replyI didn't know they had trailer parks in India? We know a shill for foreign 3rd world fake loan scams when we read one. Did you know that 90% of people from India do not finish school, & that by the 5th grade many of them can only spell their name. . . right, you're on that. Windows 3.1 will NOT run English translation software. At least not with 15amp. service.
- Ryan replies to Jeff| 1 replyreally they wanted a credit and tell me what was the reason why they wanted a credit card ? No one just calls to get a credit card !! there must of been a reason. And when you went to the police what happened i read everyone's comments says call the police i called the police they told me that they did verify the place and that they cant do nothing because my aunt needs to serve with the docs too. I can put any comments on these websites dosnt mean its true !!!
- ShillKill replies to LIZLiz, you shill you are so full of it your breaths stinks. What were you served, breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Which court did you have to go to the tennis court or the People's court?
- Tamianth replies to LIZYour so full of male cow bowel matter and whats worse, you suck as being a shill! Obvious as all heck!
- Cpt Obvious replies to tammyHere is a tip, from Cpt Obvious --- before participating in Internet discussions, please be sure you can read you troll. Notice the OP said nothing about owing a debt. Are your undies in a bunch because your little phone scam isn't working out too well?
- CWG40 replies to MIKEYou must work for these idiots. You must be the same Mike that goes around trying to tell people that you've been "served" by someone, or somebody you can't name.
You must work for these idiots who now call themselves "Legal Administration" which turns out to be an answering service.
The debt scammers now, aren't giving their names, not even a made up one. They just say "we're the answering service". But somehow this "answering service" wants your file number. Right.
Stupid, Mike. And it won't work.
Anyway. You were just served. OK

Your scam group in California by any chance? - CWG40 replies to LIZYou must work with Mike. I'm telling you guys, you are being reported to the proper authorities. This is a debt scamming operation. You people are most likely a small group working out of someone's house. I'm pretty sure you're in California somewhere.
You people think your bullet proof but you're not. The authorities are going to catch up with you. - WolfmanJack replies to RyanWell it is kind of hard to figure out your gibberish but I will give it a try:
"i called the police they told me that they did verify the place and that they cant do nothing because my aunt needs to serve with the docs too." You called the police and they verified the "place". What place? Did you mean the company that served you? What is the name and address of that company? If the police were able to verify it then it must be readily available. And why is your aunt serving you with docs?
"I can put any comments on these websites dosnt mean its true !!!" No truer words have ever been spoken! - WolfmanJack replies to LIZ“i was served” So who served you? What was the name and address of the company that is suing you (it would be the name above yours next to Plaintiff). Why did you need to call this company, since you were served already there is nothing that can be done about it until you go to court and present your case. Of course simply telling them that you intend to defend and showing up in court will probably mean that they will dismiss the case since they most likely have no supporting evidence to prove you owe anything. By the way, even if you were served you still have 30 days from the date of service to ask for debt validation as per the FDCPA.
“anyone can go on these websites and put what ever they want just like Veronica did.” Again truer words were never spoken.
Yes you are right, the police have no jurisdiction in this since it is a civil matter and not a criminal one. That is why there are Federal and State laws to protect you. Perhaps though you don’t want anyone to know of these laws?
Please go back to school and learn better English, you write as poorly as poor old Ryan up there with his 16 tries at graduating 3rd grade before quitting. Then again maybe you are Ryan? - BigA replies to Veronica FVeronica, the people on this web site have a whole lot of experience figuring out who is who and what is what. We know that your screen name was hijacked, but there is no other way to reply to it.
Rest assured we are not criticizing or maligning you, but the mental midget that thought it was clever to use your screen name to obscure the facts. Little does the troll know that we are experts at seeing through smoke screens. - Michael| 1 replyLeft message asking to return call ASAP important court paper return call to learn particulars. Does anyone know these people?
- ANonieMouse replies to Badge714>>> Windows 3.1 will NOT run English translation software. At least not with 15amp. service. <<<
ROTFLMAO!
I would think the CPU would melt into a small, shiny puddle first. - doNothing replies to MIKEThese are not personal matters, they are public record. You have nothing to hide if your story is so true.
- doNothing replies to Louis BI'd rather call the police without warning them.
- doNothing replies to LIZRemember those who get served do not do so over the phone but in person, then you come along and insult everyone's intelligence.
- doNothing replies to MichaelThey are fake servers. If you are being serve, it would be in person, they will surely find you. They don't serve you over the phone. For assurance you can call your local sheriff, and he maybe he could take your police report, killing two birds with a stone.
