Keeps calling but says nothing

Call then says nothing.

I received a call from them, no one was on the other line, I called the number back and recorded voice said Monarch Recovery Management.  It is a bill collection agency.

Received many calls from 844-280-6008. It is a collection agency. I finally was able to contact a real person at the number and was told that my phone number had been used as a contact number by a dead-beat who has not paid a debt. I was informed that until the debt is paid I should expect to receive these calls. No other information was provided. The debtor's name was given as Mar Haban.

They asked my DB, SS#, and address without telling me what they made that phone call for.  I think they are very strange.

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

...you should mail them a cease and desist letter, certified mail, return receipt telling them that if they continue to harass you for this person, you will be taking THEM to court for violations not only of the FDCPA but also the TCPA!

Keeps calling and sometimes nobody is on the other end and some times they ask for me.

Called at 8am & woke me up.  Then when I answered they didn't say anything and hung up.

Been getting calls from 844-205-2136, 844-205-2138, 844-280-6008, 876 area code (Jamaica). This obviously a scam. New way for thieves to operate. Frack them; just another fake collector.

Called earlier didn'the leave any message. But my Caller ID said Monarch

Called 3 times in a row. Answered and they hung up. Googled the number and saw it was Monarch Collection Agency.

They called me and asked if they could speak to someone, I told him it was the wrong number, then they ask for another name, I said I didn't know that person either, then he asks for yet a 3rd person. I asked him what kind of business calls someone at 6:45am to ask for 3 different people, so he tries to tell me it's 10am in New Jersey, where he's trying to reach. I don't have a NJ area code, and all the time zones in the US are in 1 hour increments, so how is it a 3 hour 15 minute time difference? If you're trying to scam people, learn how to be a better liar.

Called multiple times a day.... Takes awhile to get them to say anything then they state its a recorded call and they are with monarchy collection agency... I then proceeded to ask what it was regarding and they could not give out that info until i verified my name date of birth etc.... Number has now been blocked.. I do not like these kind of calls.
