just received call no message. i dont answer numbers i dont know. if they are this collection agency that people have posted here then leave a message and who you are looking for. i have minutes to watch not happy with calls and no messages.

I have paid all my bills off no people should be bothering me this number keeps calling

Called and wouldn't tell me who the call was for..

Called and left  no message. I did not answer. My caller ID revealed the name Monarch Recovery.  I have no clue who they are.

Receive repeated calls from this number and never leaves a message for call back.

Called at different times from different numbers. Always starting with 844. Sounds like a bill collector...but I have nothing they can collect on! Oh well... Just block 'em

They are relentless ...and automated.  I find the app "Truecaller" on your cell phone will automatically block them.  Or for your home nothing beats OOMA phone with Premier service to block them.  (you have to have Internet access for the Oooma to work - lots cheaper than most) This service will now only block numbers but also block names ...or even words in names in caller ID.  I'm not associated with either company.  But I use them both.  Your mileage may vary.

They were relentlessly calling me on my cell phone. I finally got them to relent after advising them of the provisions against harassment in the FDCPA, and having to hear the "man"* on the other end take such a condescending tone with me. He even lied about calling on Saturday, but he used the weasel** words of "I didn't call you specifically."

Nice try, loser.

PS. I checked my credit score when all this tomfoolery started, and I have ZERO debts in collections.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Received a call stating I had an unpaid debt from sams club.  Drove over to sams club to check if true.  I had closed my account several years ago and the balance was zero.  I think this is a scam organization trying to get a credit card number to scam money from.

Who are you and why should it be removed?
You can't simply expect compliance to a "blind" request by an unknown person.
