Can you tell me if ACS MEDIATION , LLC is a scam I had a legal claiming top be heather smith delivering legal docs on Monday at my house any question call this number it was ACS MEDIATION

I got a call from ACS Mediation LLC also. They told me I owed $1500.00 for a defaulted PD loan. Right away I asked for validation and they sent me an email that was anything but professional. I requested they send me the required information such as the original creditor, the actual loan amount and date of the loan. They never sent the letter. Just the obviously bogus email

Another aspect that, for me was a flashing red neon was they used the words "dear" and "brother" a lot. No professional and legit collection agency uses that kind of language. I'm not your dear and I darn sure ain't your brother. And in the background it sounded like a day care center. Yup, too much wrong to be right in any manner.

They have tried calling again so I have blocked them. If they don't cease I'll try to file suit against them. It would probably be hard to nail down exactly where they are. Caller ID showed Lockport, New York.

Same here heather smith called and she would come to my house or work place to serve me papers and she left phone # 8884953069 it is now. ALL care services

They are a big scam, I still get calls saying their coming to serve papers this has been going on for months and I've never gotten served. I've also called every court in my area and they have no idea how this company is.

This company is a scam, I have contacted the NYS attorney General and I was told by Miss Davis ( Attorney General) to not pay them anything, they are a collection agency and are under investigation. I just ignore the calls, first a guy named Oliver said he was serving me papers, mind you I work for the courts and I looked into it and their is nothing and now i still get calls saying there sending this out to Cuyahoga County.
