Got a call from them with 000 prefix.  It was a female voice and she asked for me by name.  I asked who was calling and she said, "This is" and hung up on me.  I became irritated, but then I had a snack and felt fine.  Snacks totally rule, you guys.  Then I added the number to the list on my phone entitled "A--HOLES" so that if they call back, I can see who they are.  And that's about it.

This number has called 3 times in the last 2 days, number started with 000. Did not pick up & no message left.

Got a call from UNKNOWN caller at 6:51pm, didn't answer. Then a call from 000-844-283-5487 at 7:38pm didn't answer and no messages left. I took a screen shot to save as evidence and deleted from log. Hope I can add to block list with 000 area code?

Call received, also '000' prefix. Call was automatically blocked, so can only presuming it's some new spam caller for cell phones.

Received call from this number, with 000 prefix, two days in a row. Have not answered and won't be. They didn't leave a message either time. These scammers are getting so _____________ (fill-in the blank).

I've been getting these calls but never catch it.  I was in Vietnam 2 months ago and +84 is a Vietnam prefix.  I'll answer it if I get the chance.  Has anyone else here been to Vietnam?

This number is from the ADG, asking questions on politics. I followed through with the interview and every question was about the role of government in energy. Total call was 17 minutes.

This number called my phone as well but since I am computer savvy I checked it out and found to be a free internet phone number that ppl sometimes can only use once.. However I tracked down my caller without him recognizing. JERK!!!

I have gotten a barrage of calls today within hours of each other from strange area codes including this one,561,588,762 and so on. My phone has blocked them all but it's beyond annoying.

Got call about 1715 4/19/15, unidentified caller, no message.

Call came in on wife's cell phone. Did not answer and no message left. Sure sign of a SCAM.

I too received a call from this # ... with no message left, obviously a scam call as it does not come from the US and I have no debt or reason for someone to be calling me from any strange #.

This number has called me twice stating that they are returning my request for a call back........never would request a call back like this!
