I do not answer unknown numbers.  Someone called today at 3:22 PM and the caller ID said 800 Service.  My answering machine picked up and they did not leave a message.

Received a call on 2/17/2016 from a live person who asked me to take a survey. I replied that I do not take surveys. The brief discussion was courteous. However, they called again on 2/22/2016, I did not pick up and this time I blocked them.

Called in the middle of dinner. Number is now blocked.

This person called me at approx 9:30 PM . When I said the late time, the answer was " Just doing my Job" . I then terminated the call

5 rings and ceases, they apparently have no interest in answering machine picking up, as to how they know to ask for your name and are interested in an Alissa not an Alisa is .....All personal information and other unique identifiers required by law for voter registration that are submitted in the process of registering to vote are used to produce the voter registration form to send to your local or state election officials and for the sole use of National Voter Registration Day. Obviously they called me also

I just got a call from this number, and i answered (it did not begin with 000 like many people have commented) but some lady claimed to be from i think it was "ADG services" and immediatedly asked me to take a brief survey and launched into a question. I said "im sorry, what company did you say you were calling from?" And she hostily said it again very fast and started asking me where i live. I then asked what this survey was for, and she got very evadive and seemed annoyed and again started trying to ask me questions about where i live, so i hung up. F'in weird. Blocked!

Just got a call from this number (no 000 at beginning) on my landline at 9:03 PM!! He asked for me by name & I said " you have the wrong number but did you know it's after 9 o'clock?" and he responded politely saying he was aware of the time and to have a good rest of my day. Wtf!?

Got a call from this number. Didn't pick up since it was an 884 number. Didn't receive a voicemail. I'm leaving this post just so people know this number is still making random calls as of 06/02/2016

SPAM/SCAM/PHISING ,  I didn't answer

Got a call, didn't leave a message.

Called my cell # - no message left (2:39 PM PST 6.11.15)

Got a call at 6:43 P.M. Sunday evening. The woman spoke so softly that I couldn't understand a word she said. I asked her to wait a moment while I activated a Bluetooth device so that I could hear her. At that point she hung up. If it's a survey I'd have participated, but if she can't wait two seconds I'll block the number.

Got a call.  Did not answer.  No message.  Listed as "UNKNOWN" on my iPhone.

My cell phone just rang (it's 8:55 p.m. ). I did not recognize the phone number so I clicked ignore. Did my cell phone number get sold to people I don't want to talk to? Call came up as 011 1 844-283-5487. I was trying to block the number but may have dialed the number a couple times by mistake. Hopefully, Verizon won't charge me for the calls.
