Called telling me I have some claim against me I apparently "might not even be aware about". Considering I don't have any debt (outstanding or otherwise), I figured it was a scam of some sort or another. The call back number 877-416-1412 goes to a number with complaints against them, so I'm not surprised.

They say they have an estoppel from their client whom the do not name. They also call my sister and leave the exact same message for me on her phone which I know is against the law do I had her to save the message.

Scam. They say they have a complaint against you but won't tell you who

Someone called my mom's phone saying I owe money, was served a summons, and sent a letter in the mail that I did not receive. They called me argumentative, loud, and unprofessional while insulting me further.

They called and said that an Estoppel was  against me  and that I need to set up payment arrangements for this.
I asked for the originator and the amount of money that was owed and the date of said transaction and they said that it would be on the paperwork.  When they sent me the paperwork that information was not on it.  SCAM

When they sent the paperwork, what was on it?  Was their an address?  Did it contain the following?

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

These people do not give up. Calling from the litigation department with fortune services regarding a claim against my 2017 wages and taxes.... hmm... 2017 is over. And how legit is a place called fortune services? Every few months they call.
