No caller ID, said the message was for a Wetna Capel (Sp?) not even close to my name.  His name was Tim and needed to call 1-844-369-4005 in regards to a complaint filed.  file # DA110783.

Mateo Garcia called asking for a  Jiovanni Solis if we didn't return the call within 24 hours they would take action against our will. I don't know any Jiovanni but the weird thing is the man mentioned my address and has my number?

Originally my parents got a call saying some crap involving a certified letter the county and that they had came to my home twice...umm Bull crap my hubs is disabled and is home everyday. The call scared them and I think they gave them my number. This phone number is 20 years old so it's not hard to track down the adress.  I just got a call and the young man once again stated they had tried to deliver a certified letter to my address and wanted me to call to reschedule ( I lied and said I was not me), so I asked him what do you mean, they can schedule certified letters? That is when he told me he worked for Nationwide Carrier Service. Yeah uhhh I don't trust this all.

It is not hard to Google a phone number or an address to find a phone number. Then they get you on the line try to extract any details they can from you and use that information to make their next round of calls seem legit.

It has the mini Miranda on there, the creditors name, and I received the letter ground mail before any contact was made via phone. In my state the statute of limitations is 4 years and I opened my account in 2013. You are scaring me a little saying I paid extortionists  but I think everything looks legitimate. It also is now on my credit report on Experian as "Paid".

My dad got the same call. I live a mile from the courthouse and live in a very small area. If the county had an issue they know where I'm at

Call from a variety of numbers .  Standard debt scamming.  Threats of service or process , arrest and the rest of it.  Ignore and block the numbers and the CIDs.  No idea at present where they are located.  Some suggestion they are on the Eastern Seaboard.

I have been receiving harassing phone calls from this blocked number for over a month. several of my siblings have as well. they want an address for my brother-urgent document delivery to be scheduled.the calls are ugly & threatening. i can get several an hour. once i block a number they call from a new one. any input?
