This number keeps calling my parents asking for my phone and saying it is financial.  They can not get the company name or reason for the call other than the above mentioned.

Keep calling, asking for a person that doesn't live at this number. Keep saying that they will update their records and then hang up.

Called landline again. This number has been calling since March 14th, 2017. Live female voice was heard when answering machine picked up, then she realized it was a machine and hung up. No message left. CID Unknown Name. Not a legitimate caller, someone trying to victimize whoever answers the phone.

Called 04/02/17. No message.

Called landline again. Left no message again. CID Unknown Name. Do Not answer unrecognized numbers. Very persistent scammer.

2  calls 1 hour apart.  No message.  I have received calls from a similar number ; 844-381-2871

Called landline again. Left no message again. CRIMINALS who are trying to profit from their calls do not leave messages. No proper message left, call not important. Six calls so far today. Every one looked up here on 800notes has been a CRIMINAL calling trying to victimize whoever answers the phone. Thank you to all people who post .

Called landline again. Answering machine recorded partial message of male unrecorded voice asking for correct occupant of household several times and saying his call was important. Then he realized it was an answering machine and hung up. How stupid do they think we are? If it was so important, leave a proper message; name, company name and valid call back number. A legitimate caller would, these CRIMINAL scammers NEVER do. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call, period.

This is legitimate call asking for help /donations for Southwest American Indians.

For everybody else but you, is not legitimate call.
And I can't imagine, who legitimate would ask for donation over the phone?
But if you want to give away your money, go ahead.
But you are not really giving your money, you just want us to give our money, correct?

Ask your phone company if they have a way to block calls.

Or you can buy a call blocker - an electronic box that plugs into the phone line between the phone and the wall - on line or at Best Buy.

Really? Since you know so much about the business using this number, please post the full name of the business and its business address. Also, what do you mean by "Southwest American Indians" as that's just a generic description using geography?

Whoever this is is a repeat caller. They have called several times a day, every day for weeks. The blocker on my phone catches the calls but it always rings once when it does which gets very irritating. I wish their robocaller would knock my number off their call list since they always get blocked..

There is a group called The Southwest Indian Foundation, 100 W. Coal Ave., Gallup, NM  87301 (505) 863-2837, 877-788-9962, and 800-504-2723.  I have no idea if this is the group the person meant since this number does not seem to be associated with them. They collect for their Mission and they also make jewelry to sell. I have gotten their catalog in the mail which came in the form of a calendar. The name rang a bell (no pun intended) since they make such beautiful artwork. But I have never known them to make cold calls. I don't know if they call people who have given donations in the past.
