These people need t be shut down, they are getting away with fails harassment

Victor Kelly calling on some pending claim for shannon R wanting a legal statement and if they didnt get one proceed with compaint, sick and tired of these calls.

Left message threatening legal action.  Wanted call back to resolve.

Calling about filing a claim and negligence

Victor Kelly left voice mail on my cell phone, which has a generic voice mail message and no confirmation of who they have reached.  Message was regarding referral for legal complaint and if no response will move forward with legal action.  Wants a call back from me or my attorney.

Voicemail left by someone named Victor Kelly stating I need to call their office before they take legal action if I continue to be negligent. it's for one of my family members name they used in the verbatim.

Left a message threatening legal action. Wants me to call and give a statement.

Similar experience but this guy said Victor Mason, obviously reading s script, very threatening.

Two different calls. First was Victor Kelly  wanting a recommendation on a pending claim for someone named Tyler. I could tell the name was inserted into the message. Second was from Victor Mason with Pendleton Capital with the same message. No persons name mentioned. Voice was the same man.

I have a similar story. Getting alot of calls from a Kenneth when I blocked the number this Victor person left
a message without my name in it. Threatening legal action. Looks like there are alot of complaints against this company.

Very threatening caller, insisting I provide information on a family member to keep out of legal trouble. Suspicious due very unprofessional behavior

Who are these people, they need a proper protocol on calling and talking to people the way they do

Some guy name Mark called me threatening legal action you could tell he was reading off a script saying that if I drive by a police car they can detect a three magical rings on the Lysholm plate in saying that they can pull me over if I don’t hurry up and get this message and reply to it

I got the same guy — says he’s from Capital Pendleton or Pendleton Capital — I’m not sure — my caller ID just says out of area — victor kelly and also victor niece and one call was from a Paul Angelo — sounds like the same guy — no info on who they are trying to reach — just threading legal action if I don’t call back — scam

These people are portraying to be a legal company when they are a collection agency harassing people. They are very rude and disrespectful
