Victor mason calling from Penilton Capital to make a claim. Didn’t specify whom the message was for. Wants a call back from myself or my attorney.

VM left which has a generic VM message. Message was regarding a pending claim and if no response he will move forward with legal action. Wanted a call back from me or my legal counsel.

Did they ever take legal action

Odds are no. First of all, crooks spoof legitimate debt collectors' numbers for illegal purpose. Just because a voice on the line is claiming you have an outstanding debt doesn't mean you do. Demand the caller provide proof of it through the mail as they're required to. While it's unknown for sure if legal action was ever taken, all reports here wreak of an extortion scam. Some bozo names Victor Mason called about a pending claim and blah blah blah will proceed without authorization. Sounds like bs and smelled like it too. Blocked!

Multiple calls threatening my sister-in-law, nephew, and now myself, definately some type of scam

keeps leaving messages about taking legal action, regarding some claim? Says I better call or will be sorry!

Caller’s name was Victor Mason. Same story as other posts-no names mentioned-threatened legal action if I didn’t call back regarding pending claim.

Someone by the name of Heather White called as a prelegal representative of Pendelton Capital Management Group needing a call back to validate and verify legal address for (no name was given) to give a formal statement and failure to expedite will cause a liquidation of assets and employment garnishments or any personal property of value. This is a scam call.

It is also an ILLEGAL THREAT!   Contact www.consumerfinance.gov and  your state attorney general.

Also received threatening phone call from Heather White.  Scam.

Caller indication legal action if I dont call back 8443841711, when I called they asked if Joann May Lives here, and she doesnt. Sound like a scam.time to sue.

““This is Victor Mason contacting you from Pendleton capital regarding a recommendation I have to get on the pending claim.  Be advised that prior to the proceedings taking place I would like to speak to you and or your legal counsel to doc a verbal response however in the event you remain negligent I am prepared to proceed forward without your consent reach me directly at 844-384-1711 this a time sensitive matter your immediate attention is warranted.

Victor Mason -obviously not his real name- sounded like he was really tired of reading the same message over and OVER.
He never mentioned who he was calling for or on whose behalf. Glad I don’t have his job SCAVENGING like this.
And I don’t like people using MY phone for their personal gain.

AND HOW do they keep their phone number hidden. You search the internet, but their number rarely shows who they are - BUT, that in itself tells you they are someone you do not want to talk to. calling everyday looking for a todd, a collection agency. total scam. very rude   phone number used 1 833 725 7358

Received a call from this number.  I returned the call and spoke to Rachel.  Pendleton is a debt collection agency and the business is looking for my ex wife.  Definitely not a scam.  Rachel was polite and advised she would remove my number from the system.  I wished her luck.

Caller identified as Sylvia Goldstein with Pendleton Capital, calling about a "complaint" escalating to an event being "scheduled" at my local courthouse.  They are threatening garnishment and liquidation of assets.  Although I asked for documentation, they are unable to provide details on the alleged "debt" owed.

‭+1 (888) 831-7002‬ keeps calling saying they are from Pendalton Capital with a claim against SS#. Need to call or lawyer call or will proceed with action. It’s always “the last time I’m calling”.

I had the exact same lady and threatening message left on my moms phone thinking it was me. I figured its a scam.
