I received the same exact thing. They told me I owed Capital One $2000.

I have been receiving these calls also asking for my husband.   I told them they had the wrong number.   When I hung up I called the number back and it goes to the Delaware Superior Court Offices and states it is an invalid number.   The scam artist are getting good.   and if you google the number it states:  Superior Court-Prothonotary Of Delaware.

They called my house and had the last four of my ss nunmber and said i owned them money from years ago. So not true.

Said I owed money to a payday afvance

Said I took out personal loan for $500.00 in 2012. That I never repaid.  Told them that never happened and that I have bank records to prove it.  Told me I would have to get a lawyer and fight it in court.  Said bring it on!
