Same here. Number cane from local area ciide with that statement and return number to 8444053279

Same as above. They called stating they were calling about a transaction with my name and ssn and were trying to reach me to inform me, get my statement etc.    They said if I didn't call back by the next day, they'll have me served with papers. When I called them back, they said they were collecting a payday loan I took out in 2011!

Called both my personal cell and my parents landline stating that there was activity on my SSN and to call the number to give my statement - bunch of scammers

Same here. I took a payday loan in 2010. Had the money to pay it back taken from my bank. It was paid in full.now it seems like their trying g to get me to pay it back. I found out these loans give out your name to others when they do your loan. So it seems now other loan companies are trying to cash in for a repayment. Even though you have already paid the one you already had.  Now the others are trying to scare you into paying them too. BIG SCAM !!!!

I also received the same message but they called from 718-551-3788, they had my old bank account info.

I got the same message with a female voice.  Calling from 201-716-0626

Got a voicemail with the same information as everyone else.  This is 100% a scam DO NOT call them back. Block the number in your phone. If you have an iPhone go to your recent calls touch the circle i,  next to the number, scroll all the way down, and touch block this caller, and then block this contact. You will never have to worry about it again.

I called 1 844 405 3279 and someone answered and said I had a loan back in 2012 they said they was a company called MMA Solutions I told them I had no intention of paying anything they said they will send paperwork and see you in court

This has to be a scam!. Said they were Manda Solutions. I called my attorney and they told me they were a scam and do not give them any information. If they call back they call send you something in the mail but he doubt they will.

I took a payday loan out years ago also and since 2014 I have been receiving scammer calls trying to get money. I started to call them out on it and play the game back. I told them to come and serve me papers at work and they never do. I wish these people would get a real job.

The same story as the  other entries. Called my work phone. These calls make me angry and I know there is a special area in HELL for these scammers!

I just got this call on my cell.  Same as everyone else that posted.  They cited that the claim was against a sibling and that my name and SSN Was attached and to call same number as everyone else.  Funny thing is that the call came from Cripple Creek,CO.  Casinos town, lol.
