Called and said I was an emergency contact and that they were a "state certified arbitrator" with no mention of what state or firm.

Google shows the number to a medical firm in Hawaii

Guy says he's with United Com Solutions or something like that. Called about "allegations under state statutes" their office was working and that we or our attorney needed to call back immediately. Heard other guys talking in the background. Likely scammer per our local police department.

Received call from a "Christopher" at United Com Solution regarding fraud allegation for an employee who hasn't worked here in 3 years. He spoke so fast I had to listen to the voice mail message 4 times. Seemed suspicious, glad I checked....also heard other voices in background.

First of all, The individual picked up the phone without stating the name of the company. Second, the same individual called twice with a different last name; Christopher Reid then Christopher Lewis. Third he was very rude, I mean if you’re gonna try and scam my money from me you should be nice and courteous right?!?!

This is definitely a scam. They might try to give you some information to make it seem really but it isn't. Always Google numbers and company names.

So Kevin Black from UAS firm said that I took out a payday loan from Target Loans 4 years ago and they’re going to sue me if I didn’t settle with them right now. It was 2600 but they’re so nice instead it will be 1500. I asked for paperwork showing my signature and he told me that he had no chain of debt to show me. But if I don’t settle by Friday papers will be served. I told him no paperwork no settlement. Hung up. Scam. The website is fake. No address just a po box, reported them to the FTC consumer affairs and the state attorney. Screw these scammers

Looks like whomever it is, is spoofing this number, as it comes back to a Medical Supplier in Hawaii.
Neither "United Com Solutions" nor "UAS firm" seem to exist. If I had to guess, I would say its United Accounting Solutions out of Fla. or United Account Solutions out of NY.

A Richard Stevens called and left me several messages. Apparently, if I don’t handle this right away they will file my papers with the county and someone will be coming to my home. Oops... he never once mentioned what the “problem” was or what I’ve done wrong. Total scam!

Called and left message. They said that this is the law firm of Jonathan Parker. We have a complaint against you. Please call back and reference case #. You have been legally notified. So, I called back. They said that I owed 3226 dollars the loan was originally from Target National Bank. They also said that they sent paperwork to my address and "Melissa" signed off on the paperwork. I don't know who Melissa is and nor do I recall this loan. The lawyer (or allegedly that is who he was "Michael Wells") stated that would you like us to proceed with litigation? We can come and take your car. Let me first see what they might want to settle for. He comes back to me with 2218. He said that I have to pay right now. I'm like do I take my chances on this and can they do that...or is this a scare tactic. Oh and I asked for the paperwork that listed said dollars owed. He skirted right around that and said and said as soon as you pay you get the letter. Huh?

These clowns need to take their act on the road. They are hilarious. "Law office"? The only law office they ever saw the inside of was the one when they went to visit their criminal defense attorney. I asked them for their attorney's name, state of registration, and BAR number and they stuttered. I told them they had to send me a letter telling me who they are and their address so that I could dispute this debt and they argued with me. Told them to bring it on, since I would get their address that way and counter sue them for FDCPA violations and they hung up. Contacted the FTC, the CFPB, and my state Attorney General using their web forms.

They just called me also. Nothing but a bunch of scum trying to steal money. Read my post and if you talk to them again laugh at everything they say.

Jennifer Vialani called yesterday and left a message, didn't return call sounded fishy.  Then called my parents number today.  I called back pissed.  She starts quoting penal codes about attempting to defraud a financial institution etc.  They wanted 2200 (she explained their retainer fee etc) for something that was charged off (just checked my credit report) for 791.00 Credit One Bank, charged of in 2012.  Something that I had seen something in the mail from Credit One recently that they wanted only 500.00 These guys are bottom feeders, she said the packet is set to go out on Friday that they would attempt to deliver it to my place of business and I told her no you wont, because my company doesn't allow people to be served. She is like, then I will need the name of your supervisor etc etc. She actually believed her own hype, she was condescending "she was like the account was opened in 2009 do you understand what I'm saying? " Mail me something, don't call my family don't call my office and don't call me.
