When called it answered "Physician's Billing Service" and prompts to enter account number. All automated. No idea who this is...

I received a call from an unknown number, in which I did not answer. They left a voicemail about “Murphy Deborah Radiology, Inc.” & said I owed money on a bill & that this was the last time they would contact me before it going into collections. It proceeded to provide a six digit “account number” for me to pay online or whatnot. The account number did not suffice when I went to the website, so I decided to callback the number that was left on the voicemail. The automated system said it was the “Physicians Billing Office”. I did not receive any information about the provider, the amount owed, or anything in that nature.

Apparently chases bogus or junk medical debt, likes to make first contact via SMS.

Looks like another collector making the semantically awkward threat to "go to collections" when the account claim is already there. There's a right and a wrong way to perform this job, and I suspect the latter is preferred by this bunch. They're working a debt category which weirdly attracts creeps and thugs who never learned to "first do no harm".
