    Caught in scam ended up LOOSING home family so I declared bankruptcy. I used savings acct for this act. Then I closed Accra. Now they switched everything into checking acct. Now they want my wife to pay. She has never used savings only checking to pay bills.manager lied to us and I can't get them off my back my wife is 68 on pension and I am on disability with brain injury fr work. What do I do

    This appears to be a Canadian debt collector.  You will need to consult an attorney in Canada.  No one here can or should give you advice since no one here is versed in Canadian laws, debt collection laws, etc.  Besides, free legal advice is usually not even worth the money you pay for it.  I would start with your bankruptcy attorney.
