I got a notice of summons from this number also.  A Matt Russell and the voice mail is full

We just got called about it and are reporting it to the FBI so hopefully they'll do something about it because this is annoying

Pay your bills people and you wont get calls simple as that no you their will be no us have a blessed day .

We keep up with the people coming here as well so we can immediately sue their account .

Debt was paid in full. Considering prosecuting as threats were made. My attorney has listened to the tape and has shared with attorney General.

I certainly hope you are lawyered up real well if you go after them because the many reports on here include, but are not limited to; false notice of summons by way of phone message, threats of criminal penalties, not giving your company info when asked, full disregards for the U.S. bankruptcy laws and harassment (bankruptcy judges extremely frown upon disrespecting their judgements), being abusive and threatening.

The reports stated here portray the typical tactics of the very scam debt collection practices the U.S., state and local governments constantly warn consumers about.

I am 100% debt free and I still got a call just like the ones described here. It is likely a scan from someone who is trying to intimidate people into paying money to stay out of trouble.
