I receive a voice mail this morning saying that I was being sued, and that someone buy the name of Wyan Adams was going to be coming out today to serve me papers for the law suit he then left the number to call to take care of this before he get here to serve me the number 844-653-1020. I called the number and they had my email and last four of my social, and a really old bank that I haven't had in years and told me that to stop the process that they need me to pay the amount owed They said that they already tried to deliver the papers on the 25th and that no one  was home and and that they would go to my work if they have to serve the papers. When I tried to get more info the lady hung up on me saying there is nothing they can do, that I will just have to go to court. I was frantic called my husband, and he told me it was a scam, that something like that happened to a friend of his. Thank god I didn't give any more info not even my address

Got a call saying they were coming to serve papers for a PayDay loan I never got.  Asked him for a Default notice and a letter before action.  He got quite angry. Said I'd take my chances and hung up.  Number is traced back to India

Debt collector. Fabricated themselves as a private courier, looking to serve me at home with court docs. What a crock, process servers NEVER contact you, nor ask u to be at home with an id, before showing at ur residence or work.  Y would any reputable server risk u NOT being there to sign the summons? Scare tactics to get u to call back so they can arrange payment to stop serve activity.

I got the same phone call same day same person and he said the same thing unfortunately i fell for it and they got $510 out of me

Unknown number on cell.  Caller identified herself as Kelly Nash with "National Courier" said she would be coming to my house and to have my ID on me at all times today.  Then said she would come to my place of business if I couldn't be reached at home.  I was told to call 844-653-1020 to get a "stop order".  I am in IL and process servers and summons come from the sheriffs department and they do not call you.  I am glad I know this so I just deleted the message and am going on with my life.  It's a scam by bottom feeding collection agencies.  I never ever answer a call unless I know the number.  I always cross reference all numbers that call me and this site has saved me a lot of worry.

THIS GUY CALLED ME AT WORK ON 8/6/2014 FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER CLAIMING TO BE A PRIVATE COURIER READY TO SERVICE ME COURT PAPERS AND SAID TO HURRY UP AND CALL 844-653-1020 WITH CASE # 720-486 TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF THIS. THIS GUY NEVER IDENTIFIED WHO HE WAS OR WHAT COMPANY HE WORKED FOR NOR THE NAME OF THE LAWYER BUT JUST PROVIDED ME THE ABOVE NUMBER. I CHECKED THE NUMBER ONLINE AND IT'S A BOGUS NUMBER. A COMPANY TRYING TO USE SCARE TACTICS FOR SOMETHING BOGUS. AT FIRST I WAS A SCARED BUT WAS RELIEVED WHEN I FOUND OUT IT WAS JUST A SCAM.

Got another call from Kelly Nash this morning stating she would be coming to my place of business.  After Google search of "Kelly Nash" this seems to be their process.  Obviously, no one is going to show up.

Got the same call different person. Can't believe their tactics.  I was nervous until I read the posts. Screw it if he wants money out of me a judge will have to tell me to pay. Whats  really funny is he said he'll go to my place of employment lol l'm a semi driver...

Keep getting calls from 8446531020 they say that they are going to be at my home at four and to call 8446531020 or im going to have to pay gave my information for processing patterns. Then realized of the mistake and drafted money out.they called me to let me know of insufficient funds asked for written paper of debt didn't want to provide stated would email me info never did

They call themselves The Kaden Asset Group.   Total scam operation.  Just another debt scamming operation out of a run-down area of small town New York state, home of the debt scammers.

Don't talk to these people.   Do not give them any information.  Block their calls.

It wasn't a call. I was surfing the web on google chrome when I got a sudden pop up saying i have adware and need to call 653-1020 to contact iOS help. I was hesitant and didn't call. But as I exited google chrome the message left. (The message is like the phone warning you your battery is low, that notification). I tried to click "okay" and X out the tab quickly so the message leaves but to no success. I'm going to try deleting then reinstalling the app. Can someone tell me the real Apple number in case this is real?

Update. Deleting then reinstalling did work and the notification/pop up went away. What's apples real number?

The exact same thing happened to me today. I actually called and when they answered right away I knew it was a scam. I went along with everything to see what they would try to get out of me (didn't give them any info). He then proceeded to tell me he can fix this issue if I pay 79.99. I told him no nevermind I'm just going to take it to verizon. He got very angry and kept telling me that the only way to get it fixed is paying 79.99. After going back and forth with this guy I called him out then suddenly the line cut off

it said I had to call this number because of potential network virus

It's a scam.

Also got the pop up message on my Iphone.  Thanks to the info posted here I knew it was a scam.

I am getting the same pop up window with that phone number when I try to use the internet.  I know a scam when I see one.  But I can't get rid of it.  What should I do?

Searched the web and hit a site that shut my internet down and told me I had to call this number 844-653-1020 in order for the virus to be removed from my phone or my photos and credit card information will be at risk.  I called and asked the nice man who had an accent (Maybe from India) what company he worked for being as I was worried about being scammed and he said he was with a third party company for Apple IOS and he had my phone number and said he found the virus and it was going to cost me $69 and the call was lost.  I reset my phone and cleared all the internet data.  I am wondering if I need to report it to the authorities being as I do not want my identity or credit information to be stolen.  Any thought?

Man the same [***] just happened to me today ! I called and they said someone was trying to hack my phone and they said they could fix it for $59.95 for each month for the next 6 months! I hung up ! Not real !
