This is really sad, what people will do for money. With all thats going on in this world 2day. These people called me 7 months ago, I told them it's not me. And they told me this matter is time sensitive, so i need to make a payment now, i did not, said I took a payday loan out but they didn't put the money in my account. Just that alone sounds like fraud. I'm just really sick of this. Some days they call 10 to 15 x aday. They can't even tell me when they gave me the money in someone else account. I really wish they would stop. I'm going through a lot now,I do need this extra issue.

Again looking for someone to collect a debt.  Our name isn't even close to whomever they are looking for.  Really annoying. Tried blocking their numbers but they have so many within this company.

Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do NOT recognize.  You might want to block the entire 844 area cpde/

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

So far as I know, Cardinal Management is out of business.  I suspect the  name is being used as a phantom creditor by these off-shore debt scammers.

The "48 locations in the Continental US" is a flashing red light for the Global Scam.  THey are most likely located in the Caribbean and are notorious debt scammers.  I've called their many numbers over and over again and when you ask them where they are, they say they or in Miami but have the same-old, same-old  "48 different locations" and so forth.  THis is a total scamming operation and for some reason it's proving impossible to shut down. At least as of yet.   The FTC has an open file on one of their phantom groups.  See my entry on the global scam.

Ignore them.  See my and other's notes.  This is a total debt scamming operation.  These callers are located in the Caribbean, Ignore and block their calls.  Do not talk to these people and do NOT agree to give them anything.  DO NOT give them any information.

I received a call from 844-510-1813 last week and a call from 844-514-6247 this week. Both times, the voicemail (automated - not a human) said the call was for someone I don't know (Jill Sullivan) and said that I should call them back at 844-661-8919 and give them the claim number from the voicemail to discuss a debt collection claim. No company name was given in the voicemail. I have no outstanding debts and the call wasn't even for me! This has scam written all over it.

Same call I got claiming  a dept  from 2012 thru opd financial institute of $524 asked me  to pay on it ....said I don't have money and Im unemployed, then they asked how do I  support myself,  I  said my grown kids and its non yah business! Then hung up

want me to confirm my personal information/ not!. When I refused to give SSN, starting yelling, getting fake irate, saying they were going to sue. I told them meet me at courthouse, be more than happy. They cursed, I laughed and hung up

Got the same recorded message saying that this call was for [my full name], so I pushed "0" at the prompt to talk to a representative. I asked what company this was and they said "Trans American Collection Agency," and the representative asked if I was [my full name], and then asked for me to verify the account with the last four digits of my social. I told them that I thought this was a scam and they said "we are not here to argue and at this point we will proceed with the account."

They also called my parents house- they live in Florida and I live in California.

I don't have any default debts. Everyone is paid up, and my current credit report reflects that fact. Scam.

The same recorded message we've received about a dozen times, 4 times from this number, but same call comes in from different numbers also, usually shows as 800 Service on caller ID. Message is allegedly for 'Mary' and I can't understand the last name. Message says to hang up if you are not Mary, but they keep calling back. When you hit 0 to get a person, they will not tell you the company's name.

They've called me 7 times in the last 24 hours saying they were calling about a claim and left a claim #; I called them back to let them know they had the wrong # and the person asked me if I was sure that I didn't know the person they were calling for!! REALLY??? They had also called my parents house.

my favorite line from them is when i ask 4 their address so i can submit in writing a request 4 the documentation...wait 4 it....."due 2 security measures we are not able 2 disclose that information" hahahahahahaha..then i start stating my consumer rights...then i hit them with, "y'all should probably drop these 2 main (844) numbers cuz itz all over the net that u are desperate uneducated scum buckets in line 4 that azz whooping that Karma specializes in" they usually hang up on me then, lmao....oh, when im feeling petty i'll call them back 2 back and just start talking like i wasn't hung up on, lmao...hahaha..free entertainment
