Is a Scam! They say that they are sending a police officer to your house or your job if you dont call them back. THEY WANT MONEY...

Can you please tell me what business they are saying they are associated with?  Their message talked about the county courthouse  that we live in and something about the docket and a case number. Don't know if it is real or not.

Fake. Ask for mailing adress. Bet u wont get it

Received a telephone call from a "no caller ID number"  and received this message:  "this message is intended for (name), my name is Marshall Davis, I am calling you regarding a summon to appear in court.  It's requiring your signature.  I am calling to notify you that I will be sending out a process server either to your residence or place of employment, you will need a valid form of ID.  if we need to come to your place of employment, they'll be sending a uniformed officer with the process server.  If we are unable to locate you at either location the documents will be returned to the filing firm as a direct refusal and will result in a warrant being issued.  If you have any further questions, you can contact the firm at 844-690-6773.  I called the telephone number late last night and get an answering machine saying it was the law offices of Kaplan, Brown and Goldstein.  I cannot find any information about this firm anywhere.  Anyone know anything about them or have gotten the same message?  

A lady called and represented herself as an employee at my county district court. She said her name was claudia and she had papers regarding a criminal case and that i should try and clear this up and gave me the number of k, b, g law. I then called the number and spoke to a linda brown and was told that if i wanted to stay out of court to pay $2880.00. when i said i couldnt the amount kept dropping. The claudia from the courts called back 2 days later and the courthouse number appeared. i did not answer but she left the same message. I called my friend at the courthouse and found that their is nobody by the name claudia that works at the courthouse whatsoever. So they hijacked the court phone number which is illegal. Then e-mailed me a notarized statement which is so easy to fake. So glad i did some checking and found this site!   People be aware!!!! These scammers are completly shameless...
